Hello I’ve missed watching you as I’ve been poorly. But I’m on the mend & looking forward to catching up with your vlogs. Fish pie is lovely. One of my favourites. So glad you enjoyed it. Take care best wishes as always from Lyn in Liverpool UK 🇬🇧
Did you get a burnt tongue eating the fish pie? Or was it not as hot as it looked, I usually can’t wait and give myself a burnt tongue when I eat hot pies like that 😂
@@TheHicksonDiariesit’s because of our monarch, not because it has a cathedral, the cathedral thing is a myth that used to be true hundreds of years ago but not anymore. There is a fun video that goes into why cities are called cities in England by a popular TH-camr, can’t remember his name though!

Nervous eating a Fish Pie in the UK. Are you worried that there are no worldwide banned additives and food colouring in it?
I think k I got caught up on it being called a “pie”
@ what’s with that? We tend to be experts in pies. They were invented before the US existed.
Oh and Rye is not a city!!!
Rye is not a city, but a town, and a parish in East Sussex.
One of the Norman Sinque Ports in Kent and Sussex. Defended from seaborne attack by a castle and were walled.
Thank you for clarifying
Not a city, apart from a couple of exceptions, a place is only a city if it has a cathedral
@@BeckyPoleninja Not any more; it is now at the Monarch’s discretion.
Interesting 🤨
