@@BlueGlare8I was born in 1980, but I love 60's music. When I saw the trailer for this show, I was like "What in the world is this, it looks cool?" I loved the fact that the songs were pre-recorded Elvis songs, also that Matthew McConaughey was chosen to voice the King himself.
This is the first I've ever heard about this show. The animation style is like a cross between the crtoon version of Ace Ventura- Pet Detective and the original Jonny Quest from the 60s. Either way, it's a cool concept
I rarely see anyone talk about this show. Let alone the cartoon community. With the studio that made into the spiderverse, you expect anyone to talk about their first adult project, right?
Now this is something you don’t see everything and especially done right, I’m sipping my wine. Also Sony did this, good job for the, to not stick to the children genre and stepping out of their confront zone
I loved how they used bobby ray in the first half... in the second half of the show they ruined my boy. And I was also pleasently surprised at how not bad it was.
I’ve been a big Elvis fan since the movie released and I was real excited for it, but I didn’t expect it to be this solid. The jokes were good, and the references and the way they followed his career was really fun to watch. Although some of the gross-out humor was a little much, like you said. Not to mention the great art style was really refreshing compared to the intentionally shitty art styles of most other adult animated shows.
I was offended by the idea of eating a baby rhino, but that was it. I did enjoy the show outside of this one bit, and luckily they didn't actually do that.
I just finished watching this and I thought it was hilarious. I came into it thinking it was going to be another Netflix POS but was disappointed in a good way. Matthew Mcconaughey is great as Elvis. The "one liners" are over the top, but still funny as hell... at least they were to me.
i only got past the first few episodes, it was a bit too out there for me but i might just finish the show. only thing i didnt like was elvis's voice, imo it doesnt sound like him really at all. even a stereotypical voice would be better in my opinion, at least itd be more funny. austin butlers voice for elvis was great and wasnt tiring to hear through the whole movie, really think they should have focused more on elvis's voice since it is an iconic part of him.
I absolutely love shows that are just insane. This is right up my alley and I’m definitely going to check it out.
Hell yeah man, we really do need to see more experimental shows like this

Basically Agent Elvis is an example of "Nobody knows a good series when they've seen one" i loved wathcing agent elvis i cant believe it got canceled
Animation feels like Archer... Just a lot more fluid.

Wow Netlfix made something good, won't be surprised if they cancel it for another season or spinoff of Big Mouth

Saw this trailer and thought it looked nutty but also another netflix show in a crowded field. Maybe worth checking out.
The art direction feels like a mix between the original Johnny Quest and Ang Lee's Hulk film.

Scatter is just the best character in the show

Animation looks like Flash Gordon

This show looks pretty good and the animation seems pretty similar to another show or band called GORILLAZ.
