When rolling the chapos after kneeding..Ile roll ya kwanza when applying oil..add some flour to the chapos before rolling it into a round shape....it will make your chapos raruka Kama layers ya kitabu..try and see

I think it's a good idea to give measurents where possible because a newbie would not know where to start.
I did it for the first time and it came out a full of layers and very soft and fragrant! I used a mix of oil and ghee butter instead and it was fantastic! Thank you girls! Love from London

Before covering the chapatis apply some oil around the dough so that it doesn't stick on the aluminum foil or even cling film whatever you use

Very true. When you follow the recipe and you have 2kg flour then make sure that you start with 1/4kg because of adding more flour into the dough
