I tried just the first two methods which were already shown on the settings in this video however I just edited them for a second and then changed them back and that seemed to do the trick.

Thank you very much. I think DISM fixed my issue. I have tried so many other options. I was having a problem typing and it would come out like tttttttttttt (or thereabouts). When i got the message saying DISM has successfully completed. i typed up a sample piece and it didnt give me any problems

Tried everything, didn't work. I swapped for corded keyboard and that worked. I think it was probably Blu-tooth interference from all the surrounding apartments and their tech crap.
