What a legend I was worried I spent $40 on a new Bluetooth 5.1 dual with WiFi 6 for nothing and was thinking of buying a new motherboard Bc I didn’t know if mine supported bluetooth. Updated my Bluetooth drivers and everything, reinstalled, uninstalled. But nah first solution he has for me, instantly recognized my device. Finally, a way to reconnect your 'Bluetooth Speaker' to your PC without having to always 're-boot' the damn thing. Though the first option didn't work for me, the second option - running the 'Bluetooth Trouble Shooter' did... Many thanks my friend! 🙂🙂

If it doesn't work, I'd recommend buying a Bluetooth external adapter. I got one for 13£, and helped me connect my Bluetooth earphones.

For the Device Manager/Bluetooth related services solution, my computer said that the Parameter is incorrect for for the 3rd one. But on the 1st and 2nd ones, they were already on Automatic, plus, the "Apply" button was grayed for them on my computer. Therefore, that didn't work. Also, I tried the Troubleshoot option, but that didn't work either. And finally, the Update Driver solution didn't work for me either because all of mine had already had updated drivers. However, sometimes I think that computer is bugged. 😕
Also, you said that those were some of the solutions, therefore, what are the others?
Im having the same issue at the moment! Have you found anything in the meantime that has helped?

Thank you! For me, the bluetooth services were set to manual, not automatic.
If what is in the video doesn't work then right click the start menu, select device manager, and uninstall Bluetooth drivers, if you can't find them then click on view near the top and select show hidden devices, you might find it now, and then restart your PC. If you have an external bluetooth device you can also find the bluetooth drivers online on the product site and attempt to update using that. Good luck.
The Services process worked! I finger fumbled and accidentally turned off Bluetooth and it was gone! I tried installing drivers, going to device manager, and multiple other recommended solutions. I was able to set two of the Bluetooth services to “automatic” and “start,” but the last of the three couldn’t be changed (something about “parameters”). I restarted and prepared to work on the last service, but Bluetooth was back and working perfectly. Thanks!!!
I had this same issue but I enabled the three of them and I still could not make the third automatic and now my laptop can scan for devices but it can’t connect to any of them. I’ve been stuck here for days. Someone help me

The first solution works for me! Though when I tried to change Bluetooth User Support Service to Automatic, it said 'The parameter is incorrect'. I rebooted my laptop anyway and BAM! the Bluetooth icon came back! Thank you so much🙏

None of these solutions have worked for me. That makes me start wondering if there is a more serious issue with my laptop.
Thank you for this - I have an additional fix to add too... my PC Bluetooth randomly stopped working on a conference call and I tried all the steps in this video and it still didnt work, so I came to the conclusion that it was a hardware issue. I managed to fix it simply by turning off and unplugging my PC overnight. Apparently it's an issue with static caused by unshielded USBs being plugged in. Turned it on this morning and after a few moments the Bluetooth icon reappeared and I was able to turn BT on an off again.
Massive thumbs up for this!! This was exactly my problem too! Thank you so much for the tip. I unplugged my desktop for about 15 minutes and it worked again on reboot :D

I did started doing the first one but the 2nd one seemed like it would work better. So I set what I did back to its original settings and did the 2nd one and then the 3rd. Idk which one actually worked because I restarted it but it worked! Ty :)

Try unplugging your computer, if you have a laptop take out the battery. Press the power button on and off over and over again for 15-30 seconds. Then plug your computer back in/put the battery back in and turn it on. Worked for me; often works to 'reset' electronics.

at 1:54 the Bluetooth user support service still manual on your PC (seems to me that you cut the video and put it manual as it was). And i tried to put it automatically as you said but i receive every time a message " the parameter is incorrect " . So i guess that i have the same problem as you and it does not work. At first solution (min 1:00) "Bluetooth User Support Service_2b167d" does not let me put it on Automatic. Whenever i try to apply is saying "The parameter is incorrect."

My bluetooth was fine before i get the battery from the laptop out cuz was destroyied and not functional anymore.

For anyone still struggling, go to windows update > view optional updates (under check for updates button) > expand driver updates > select Broadcom Bluetooth > download and install.
If that option doesn't show, then download the Broadcom Bluetooth .cab file from the Microsoft Update Catalog - just type 'broadcom bluetooth driver' in google and it'll be in the top few results. Restart and try the above again

@@ailamikareyes4381 yes I just backef up my files and restored my pc now I lost some of my files but it's fine now
if Bluetooth says: device does not have Bluetooth, power off pc by holding the power button, disconnect the charger(and if possible battery), and leave the pc turned off without power source for anywhere up to 2.5 minutes(best 2 minutes) then turn on PC WITHOUT connecting charging cable(yes battery) and turn on Bluetooth, which should appear now. Then connect the charger. after that, you should have no problems.

Holy shit, I have tried everything and about to lose hope and return my wireless keyboard. So glad I found this. The first solution worked for me! I was having an issue connecting my Anne Pro 2 via bluetooth, - it got stuck at "Connecting" (with the loading dots) when I'm trying to add the device. Thank you so much! Edit: type on the windows search Bluetooth then select the fix Bluetooth app and do everything it says then it will tell you that you need an external adapter to add Bluetooth so yeah you have to get an external adaptor I have no idea what that is and where to find it
