@@lukecontador Maybe in your country but not here in the US. There's only 5 Samsung Experience Stores (1 in LA, and the rest in the state of Texas) while every developed and developing city, along with schools and universities have at least one Apple store.
The fact that it has a anti reflective screen is awesome as with the s pen too and how it also has the 360-degree model, all by fare better deal than MacBook

The Galaxy Book 4 Ultra doesn't support the Ultra pen, so I want to buy it with 360. When the Book 5 Pro 360 comes out, I plan to purchase it through pre-order. I also plan to change the phone from Flip 3 to 24 Ultra to create an S Pen ecosystem.
Please Samsung, expand the laptop specs configuration. I want pro 360 model because of the spen, but it is only available in 16GB config. Why did you limit the 32GB option for the pro lineup to only S. Korea? 16GB is not enough for pro and heavy users, let them pick higher RAM capacity. This is the only reason I can't go with Galaxy book, despite I really like to buy one. I don't want the Ultra as it doesn't support Spen and also the 32GB version is very expensive.
I recently bought a Galaxy Book 4 Pro 14, and from day one, I've had software issues. The screen goes black for 4-5 seconds while using browsers, and the system often lags during multitasking. I reached out to the nearest service centers and online support, but their help was disappointing. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest considering other brands like Apple or HP instead of Samsung.
It's kinda hard to find samsung store that sell laptop in my country Indonesia, especially Bengkulu city. Most of the store all focus to the cell phone and tab only
You don't need to put video cards in your laptops. Laptops have always been inconvenient for gaming and are mainly used for work and heavy tasks that are more processor-related. Improve the camera and microphone because compared to Apple products they are very poor quality and so is the sound. Not enough bass. If you are positioning your laptop as a gaming laptop, then this is a good laptop, but for professional tasks it is so-so. It will not recoup the cost when used. My personal opinion

Samsung needs to ship the Laptop to Asia I mean I will be the first customer to buy this and I have Samsung S24 ultra, Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 classic, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 pro, Samsung TV 65, Samsung washing machine, and Samsung fridge.

The Snapdragon X Elite will only be used in laptops starting from mid 2024, so I guess they didn't want to wait until mid 2024 to release the book 4 series. We may see it in the book 5 series next year
@@little.raindrop Samsung has a very funny relationship with Qualcomm. The Galaxy book 2 series used snapdragon but the snapdragon on the PC weren't on par with the competition. Samsung was the first to receive Qualcomms snapdragon on both the Galaxy s23 series and s24 series even without being mentioned on the snapdragon list so it's strange why it's not the same for their PC

Because it's a gimmick. I don't see myself needing to 360 my laptop if I am not using my keyboard. As for touch screen, I forgot I had one.
