Good video. Have run into this many times over the years. They have green polishing bits for Dremel that work great to polish up after fixing. I usually use a small half round/flat fine file then polish

If you work on four strokes, you will eventually run into this problem. I find files difficult because they clog easily with the aluminum.

The video I didn’t know I needed lol
Had a chance a while back to trade my bike for two none running bikes but the cam caps were broken
Kinda glad I held out though
Thank you for taking the time to make the video

This is what happens when you don't torque it to the correct spec, someone did on my yfz450, to fix it all i did was use a razor blade to cut the sharp edge off, worked great no problems after that

I literally had this happen to my bike this past year, same bike, 07 yz250f, same cam. I picked it up cheap, wasn’t running, found the cam wasn’t spinning free. I ended up buying a new head, it was pricey, wish you’d made this video around 3 months ago

What color was the scotch bright for dremel? Great video!

It was a light gray but I wouldn’t go by that. Use a fine to not remove too much material

How much do you charge for this kind of service? Im having the exact same problem. Exhaust is good but intake is extremely stuck. Shimmed to spec.
