Great video! I am not fond of the red course but the yellow was pretty fun last year when I played in the JBO. Wish I could get out there again this year.
I have been practicing putting. It’s definitely been a process during this off season. That would an interesting addition on holes that would allow for it!
Hey MM, as a newer disc golfer I have noticed something on tournament coverage and now early on in your video that I never seen addressed in tutorials. It appears that if you want to throw a backhand directly where the tee pad points you approach from the back right to the front left of the pad and throw/pull slightly across your body. Is that intentional? I have found my longest throws usually occur when I accidentally pull my shots to the right and am wondering if my runups should be slightly diagonal to my intended line. Thanks, hope that made sense.
That's a good observation! It's true. You don't your runup to be straight toward your target. When you perform your reach back to get your back muscles involved, you want a pull-through that doesn't "round." I have a video on How to Throw a Backhand that covers why you want to have a slightly diagonal run up. Check it out and let me know what questions arise after that!
You weren’t kidding about the Trees 🌲 Good Luck in the tournament.😎👍🏻🥏
Yeah! The lines are small out there!
Played here for the first time. Played both yellow and red course. Fun courses really enjoyed it.
They have a couple of great tracks in Jonesboro!
Thanks for talking us through your thought process and showing us the lines you see through the woods.
It's a bit different from the regular challenges, but since tournament time is close, I thought it might be helpful!
Dude these videos are really good! Keep it up
Thank you!! We have a lot of fun making them!
Thanks Michael! This is gonna be helpful for trying to play the course blind lol
I hope it helps!! Playing a course blind is always tough!!
This video is so clutch. Thank you!
Go grab those birdies!!
I think it's the best putter and approach I have in my bag
This is my favourite type of content, the course vlogs. Thanks dude!
Awesome! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Your game is so well rounded and you made some tough putts. Even your misses were close.
Thanks, Jeff!!

Sorry that you are missing this year!
@@MichaelMayoDiscGolf When you have a baby disc golf takes a step back! I’ll be out there in 2022 though.
I've got 2 of my own. I know how that goes! Congrats on the kiddo! There's nothing better!
Go get em!
Have you been practicing your putting? This was some solid analysis and demonstration. Ever thought about doing an 'either-or' off the tee box?

My home course! Howd you di in the Frost run? I ended up 29th in rec.
I unfortunately had to withdraw. I got sick a couple days before and couldn’t shake it in time... I wish I could’ve been there!
Stump = elevated log thing LOL
Thaaaaaaaat's the word I was looking for! Lol!
