    1. Reading stories 0:14 It will turn your day around.
    2. Singles tasking 0:59 Do not multitask when your day is busy it decreases performance.
    3. Mutual Joy 1:43 Improve your day by improving someone else with a compliment.
    4. Media detox 2:13 Social media creates envy and dissatisfaction, stay away specially when stressed out.
    5. Rediscover purpose 3:03 Why do get up in the morning, what is live about? Find purpose.
    6. Make yourself laugh 3:26 Relieves tension, stress and improves mood.
    7. Take a walk 4:02 it can turn boredom and laziness into inspiration and frustration into gratitude.

    9. Positive people 5:36 Optimistic friends will make the difference, with happier thoughts.
    10. Find your style 6:14 Spend a few minutes on your appearance improves confidence.

      I agree. I feel very happy after helping someone by giving directions to her in helping her to find her desire location. So copy my helping attitudes, make someone's life better.

    Hmm, Make your bed. I am a lazy person but I do try to do these one day and it makes me happy to see my room neat. Who else will want to clean your house except you yourself? Unless you have a maid to help you.How about the rest will do your bed ?

    Cooking really helps me stay mentally sharp. I think it's the act of touching water. Keeps me "awake".

    Very nice but what do you do when a dentist has eroded some of your teeth, that your jaws has been shifted and that you cannot shut your mouth properly like you used to. How can I see the light everyday when I wake up? Thank you

      Erkal: Oh my gosh - I am sorry, that is terrible ... Perhaps get a free consultation with a "medical malpractice lawyer" - each city should have a Lawyer Referral telephone number in your area where you call and ask for a referral to a good attorney; or get online and start searching. Good luck to you and again I am so sorry this has happened.
      I am assuming the dentist that did this to you either 1) denies it; or 2) isn't willing to "fix" the problem - but perhaps you wouldn't want to have him try to repair the damage he's already done at this point?!? Take care - this problem can be worked out or remedied ... 😊
