Thank you SO MUCH for this video, I had no idea at all where to even begin and I searched a while to gather enough information just to be able to know how to ask what I needed! lol...My normal water storage tank started leaking badly from a split in the bottom and of course it couldn't have happened at a worse time. Can't afford to replace it and decided to use my little 225 gal emergency tank for now. I know TMI. But seriously, thank you so much.
Wow glad i watched this video. i had to remove a bulkhead fitting to replace a bad pump in one of my tanks and sure as you said the threads were left-handed. thanks for that bit of info.
5 GPM pump, I would recommend a 1 1/2 inch bulk head, you'll never go wrong feeding a pump too much water, the only issue is the pump NOT getting enough.
+Eric Victoria We have these in our brick and mortar store in West Palm Beach, Florida. We don't sell them online because shipping get's a little crazy due to their dimensions. If you can't find one locally we can quote you on a tank just email us at sales@jnequipment.com
hello there. It is a reverse thread, becasue it gets tighter as you thread it and it is not un-srewed from the inside side. (it is not getting loose). That way you do not need to keep the inner part tight in ordert to fully tighten the nut.
Appreciate the video, but I found it personally offensive that you didn't clean the burrs off of your hole. Where's the video showing your bulkhead leaking with those 200 gallons of water pressure? I'm only half joking.

Always de-burr the surfaces that gaskets will sit. I can't believe these guys didn't do or mention this!
Not necessary

You made my life easier ❤
This is the best store in florida for pressure washer ty guys for help me the other day
Thanks Juan!
Great video. Thanks
Very good clue. I just want to use a thread guiding the part to the hole. Not many videos showing this idea.
How big is the bulkhead. If I’m running a soft batch mix should I maybe do a 2 inch and reduce it? I was going to drill for a 1/2” bulk head.
what size drill bit should i use for a 1" bulk headed fitting ?
Ok, so what if it's a 1000 gallon tank, and i cannot access the interior?
What size bulkhead on a 65 gal tank running a 5 gpm ?

Dave, exactly how it's done !
Hello
What’s the price on a 100 gallon water tank?
Thx for sharing.
great
Is this food grade bulkhead fitting?
THANK U BROTHER
really helpful....
That's a little tank. What about a large tank you can't use a broomhandle to reach where the fittings need to go?
get a longer broom handle, or a fishing string or wire, anything that'll lead it to where you want it to go.
Hey, no water sealant ? Must ensure proper sealing
Bulkead has a rubber gasket that seals it.
where did you get your water tank?

I'd be interested in learning why it is a reverse thread if anyone knows

Where is the video that show how to connect the tank to the pressure washer
So the most important part, i.e ‘snaking’ the fitting inside the tank, you didn’t actually show ! The camera panned away !
My metal tank bulkhead fitting need replacement due to accumulated sediment

They work if you can have access to the inside. If you don't you're screwed.
You can just use a long wooden handle or string with weight to fish it through no big deal man,
