I have the same super swivel for 9 yrs on my Hydrotech rig trailer. If you take the grease fitting out and slowly move the swivel back and forth, the ball bearings will come out the grease fitting hole and then remove the inner swivel and service the seals with new ones from Harbor Freight.Takes about 1 hour.Just dont loose the ball bearing.
Thank you for your reply, one last question ? So I’ve noticed a lot of guys are using a 1” house even with the 4gpm machines but they have to attach to a hose barb that goes into the pump of the machine, would I have to make that modification to my machine if I used a 3/4 inch hose ? Or would I be able to connect the the existing connector that’s already on my pw ?
Hey Jason my 2 inch suction hose that goes from the buffer tank to the pump inlet has a tiny drip coming out of one of the hose barbs, is this ok? I heard the system should be air and water tight?
Hi Jason, I'm also trying to built my trailer, first timer here, but I'm sick of being a slave of my job right now and I'm sure I'll do way better doing this! I just couldn't open your diagram, shows page not available... Would be great to get the right link if you could send it to me! Thank you so much for all the videos!
@@motorcycleislife8296 you can use this list for 8n gpm. you will need to go from the 3/4" hose to 1" hose on suction side of pump. also you will need 3/4 " garden hose to feed it

@Pressure washer help: I have a ever flow 5.5 pump an my outlet spray hose is 1/2" should my inlet be 3/4 from pump to reel an from Proportioner to pump. Cause my Proportioner came wit 1/2" out an 1/4 1/8 1/4. Basically what I'm askn should all my line go up a size or keep it all like it is to get get flow out of my 1/2" spray line
How long does it take to fill the water tank before you can run the machine i dont see the point. Why not just feed the pump with the derect line from the clients house to the pump
Buffer tanks are used for several different reasons. Depends on size of your unit for one, up to a 4gpm usually is ok running off house supply directly but bigger usually needs buffer. Also some customers that have a well worry about the demand on their pump so good to have a buffer tank. That’s just a couple reasons for buffering tank.
Typically anything over 4 gpm require a buffer tank because your machine will use water faster than the typical home water supply can provide. Plus you can plumb it so that the return water helps cool your pump during non spraying time. It's really better to just go ahead and have a buffer tank for good water flow to your machine anyway regardless of what gpm flow rate you have.
In every video of yours I've ever seen you call Flexzilla hose flexgrilla lol, cracks me up every time.
Awesome thanks man. I am working out of a pick up truck. Working my way up to a trailer

Hey buddy I got pressure washer like that but all the hoses are gone can you send me some picks on how the hoses are supposed to go please
Could you reupload the diagram the link is not working.
What size hose would you use to feed a 4gpm with at least a 100 gal buffer tank.
Great question! For a 4gpm flow rate and a 100 gal buffer tank, I would recommend using a 3/4-inch hose to ensure sufficient water supply.

You don’t use a filter before it’s plumbed to the pump?
You can I always just filtered water that was going into the tank

10 gpm pump work with a 275 gallon buffer tank?
Yeah it’ll work you can get away with 100 gallon tank also

So for the bypass hose, it doesn't need to be high pressure? I can just gut a barb and hose clamp?
Yes I use 1/2 hose
Hey I have a 4000 psi hot water pressure washer and the pump is 4gpm do I need a buffer tank?
If you don’t want to burn it up it’s best to do a buffer tank

Yes for the intake of water

Hey Jason, if swapping from a 4gpm to an 8gpm, can you use 3/4" barb for the 1" suction hose? or would you need the 1" barb?
I would go bigger its always better for flow.
Yeah definitely going to hire someone to plumb it
sometimes it better to do that
