Been a big fan of the bands and stick for home warmups/drills since I got them.
Great video...I have done banded OH squats as part of my warm up and they work well. I do them with pins and PVC to add in stability to the movement.
My CrossFit does Number 2&4 nearly everytime we Snatch for warmups. Great video.
I am struggling SO hard trying to learn these movements

Actively think bout pushing your knees forward as the bar passes them
