They are actually from north eastern part of India , Shillong is the capital of Meghalaya one of the seven sisters states, and Hindi is not even their first language then too they sang it perfectly with proper accent and pronunciation with those beautiful vocals and instrumentation (idk if that’s a word or not but ig you all got my point) , kuddos to them ❤ and loved the reaction 😊❤

Shillong Chamber choir singing in such perfect hindi is a feat in iteself. They are from northeast and hindi is a new language to them. ANd secondly to make popular bollywood smashing songs into a symphony kind music is commendable...
North-East India is actually in eastern side of India bordering with countries like Bhutan, Myanmar and China! I am from North-Eastern state of Assam!
They came to limelight after winning the 2010 India's GOT talent show.

North-East India not North India! Two completely different regions, geographically, naturally, ethnically, culturally & of course linguistically...consider d fact that d language they're so beautifully singing in, Hindi isn't even their native language (it isn't anywhere in d incredibly diverse & stunning North-East where more than 200 languages r spoken). Shillong is d capital of arguably d most beautiful state in India, Meghalaya...d city is also known as rock capital of India.
Request you to review Girish and the Chronicles who were the opening act for Guns and Roses at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi last week . They killed it . G&C is India’s top hard rock band and making the waves globally . Girish is probably one of the best hard rock voices u will ever hear. They come from India’s North eastern state of Sikkim.

Only few people that too in places where there is tourism and apart from that we dont know and istg students here really hate learning hindi because the alphabets in hindi are damn hard
