I travelled Tawang 3 times and going Tawang by road is most beautiful journey, it's minimum 12 to 13 hours journey. She missed Jung waterfall which is amazing.

Inflation in India is very low. It is around 4% as of now. So ₹4000 sounds a bit high to an India. ₹4000 is a ticket price for a economy class plane for around 1200km. Train tickets in 1st AC are almost half of this for a similar journey. So one can understand why she said that the helicopter was expensive. It is easily affordable for a majority of Indian tourists but in terms of pricing it does not make sense when we compare it with other modes of transport.
Vaise bhi the girl is from Mumbai. Vahan ₹100 mein log Rickshaw mein long distance travel kar lete hain. Toh ₹4000 mein toh bahut jyada lagenege.
