Interesting how similar iOS and One UI from Samsung in the meantime are. You can even extract text exactly the same way you knew from One UI since 4.1 onwards. iOS has been catching up lately, but they have still a long way to go. However, compared to Stock Android they are doing ok.
apple can never achieve the level of customisation which one UI offers (especially with the good lock modules), iOS is also good in customisation but nothing compared to the android and that freedom is the main point for which android lovers dont move to iphone
Samsung select text feature was there before OneUI 4.1. I don't remember which version it was when I bought S10 in 2019, it was there. But iOS does it very much efficient and faster than Samsung.
@@sreyasksunil You are right. I was not precise enough in saying what I was referring to. The extraction via camera embedded in the keyboard has been there since 4.1. Text extraction in general has been there in Samsung notes for almost a decade😀 The S Pen translate function has been extracting texts from pictures as well from beginning.

When I started to use an iPhone recently, the same feature was faster and 99% reliable for my use. Fabulous Videos, Bro! For someone like me who made The Switch a couple of months back, this info is priceless!! Still trying to adjust to the way iPhone and iOS function! There are a few things that iPhone does that are damn, damn good but then, I do miss my Samsung. Lol. If by any slim chance I move back to Samsung (because of the extremely tempting S23U), I will very, very dearly miss my Apple Watch Ultra, Apple Airpods Pro 2G and how these these two devices almost spotlessly interact with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The hardware Ecosystem certainly isn’t as seamless on the Samsung / Android; nor are my Buds 2 Pro / Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro (both of which I have still kept) as good as the Airpods Pro 2G / Apple Watch Ultra!!!!! Android Phones (particularly Samsung in my case) are wayyyyy more convenient to use; but Apple’s Hardware Ecosystem is literally light years ahead of them. Thus, I hope you understand the kind of conundrum I have landed myself into!! 😂😂 Your Videos and your overall content is incredibly good and mark my words - you will soon be number one!!!

I would go as far as to say iPhone and Android are on the same level of customisation. The only difference is that iPhone has better, more hidden,fewer,polished and necessary customisation features. Android has many,much easier to find,choppy and gimmicky features. Just my opinion.
