Didn't mention Healing bonus% but same logic as Maiden's = not optimal late game since burst is much better (crit rate/dmg). You shouldn't need the extra healing. Can be okay for the early game.
Hope I did a good job of showing f2p weapons/build and gacha one. Maybe Jean DPS sometime... but this vid is for Support/Healer, and she's such a great high-investment support for the late game.

Thanks Zy0x. Perfect timing, Been wondering all night yesterday, what artifacts should I build for Jean Battery Healer for my Xiao Main DPS. I am planning to run Xiao - Jean-Fischl. Who do you recommend on 4th slot. Venti for Crowd Control? Or Diona for shielder? I am planning to put Bennett on my other party.

you forgot to mention that Jean is the best cleanser in the game. super useful for electro-cryo stages in abyss. being able to cleanse AND heal at the same time + practically being viable in any team comp since she’s Anemo is something that is overlooked. also she’s thicc

I got a lvl 70 Jean C2 with Aquila Favonia but I mostly use favnious sword. I haven't build her yet so I just use her for spiral abyss.

Nah, despite having maiden, she still can’t heal Zhongli completely
not really, her burst heal is good but her overtime healing in the burst is low. the reason maiden’s beloved isnt good is cuz VV is much better
I read as "you need maiden's beloved" lol she's so beautiful and soo fun to play. I have Qiqi but i would've be happy if i got her for burst support.
I"m running four-piece maidens on her as a full healer now, and she can full heal all my team for about 16K and her normal attacksdo 550+ heals, so it's perfectly viable if you want her to be a healer.
Jean is literally the definition of jack of all trades but master of none . She can be your dps , Sub-dps , support , healer at the same time but never be best at anything.
It's honestly what i need in my party lol. I run Yanfei as my main rn and whenever she isn't doing it for me i just put Jean out and yeet the fuck out of everyone

@@cockylocky Jean can be a great healer, I used to run her with Yanfei on my adventuring team, Yanfei is on low hp all the time cuz she's constantly out of stamina (can't dodge when that happens) swapping over to Jean and insta heals fixes that problem
Edit: but for Spiral, I like running Yanfei with Xingqiu for vape, Sucrose and Bennett for supports

I am running Hu Tao and she is perfect. Since Hu tau does not have a 100% uptime having someone who can damage and heal is really OP
I got her from Zhongli’s banner. I mean, I’m a little salty, but out of all the standard banner 5*, I’m happy to get Jean.

Jean was my first ever 5 star 🌟 got her on the banner in the beginning of the games release . Still love her and use her in almost every comp . Thx for the dope vid !

Me too. She is my main character, because she heal herself during the battle. Diluc, mona, Ganyu... needs to be healed, so that characters is useless.
I just got Jean as my first 1star. Is it possible to get more than 1 5 star when playing free to play?
@@Wyrir You can but it will take longer because you have to save up the wishes. Imo I suggest if you haven’t already open all the chests, quest , etc and save the primo for a future 5 star you what . It’s a 50/50 chance you will get the one you want I believe.

I got Jean alongside Xiao while I was summoning for him: it feels like I don't need anyone else but the two of them, they're amazing together! I got the Aquila Favonia a few months back so it was match made in heaven, thanks for the extensive guide!
I got C2 Jean with Aquila Favonia but tbh, sacrificial sword or Favonias sword is better for her because of energy recharge, most of us need her healing support not her physical DMG tbh with Aquila Favonia gives.
@@anixes i dont think anyone even use aquila for its physical stat, people use it on bennett electro keqing or jean support lol, some people use it on physical kaeya or keqing but not many
@@relentless6837 well, they might use it for high base Atk ig. But, Jean needs more energy recharge than a 5 star weapon, which gives physical DMG bonus.

Aw that's nice. I got Xiao alongside Keqing but i don't use Keqing bc i already have 2 DPS (childe, xiao) also i got the 5 star bow for Childe so everything's good lol. Only if i get burst support like Mona or Jean :(

@@speedstick8981 hey, personally it really comes down to who you need most. Qiqi overall has much better heals than Jean, but that’s all she can do. Yea, she can proc cryo here and there, but Qiqi can basically only heal. Jean does a variety of things, such as attack, swirl, launch enemies, and heal. It really depends on who you think is better and what your team needs the most. Hope I could help! - A friendly AR50 Player :)

After finally getting to 90% build (still farming hats), I've been running her all over the place since she's really condenses roles so well. I find her super handy when in 2P co-op because she'll support basically anyone and can heal the whole team (whereas teammates like to either run no healer or a one that can only heal one character).

thank you for the video! i cant express the luck i just got. i finished jeans quest and playing her got me eager to try for her. i did a x10 on the basic banner and pulled a skyward blade and a dupe for my main razor, and did a 2nd x10 and literally pulled jean on the first one. i cant even begin to believe the kind of luck someone needs for that kind of coincidence. going for the full amaeno set as you stated! thanks again!

Did 2 singles on keqing's banner. First pull I got favonius sword, and the second one I got Jean 😂 I was nowhere near pity too. This is a sign that I should use her hahaha. Thanks for the guide though. Really helps!
She was my first 5 star and I definitely slept on her due to exactly what you said- she needs high investment. Now that I'm in late game I don't know what I'd do without her, she makes everything very comfy and is perfect for my Xiao.

Does increasing talent level on normal attacks increase the healing when you do normal attack? Or is this purely from just weapons and artifacts?

I got her, thought I ruined pity, and now I have guaranteed banner 5 star. She is perfect for my Xiao. Now Childe here I come
I don't know why but Jean seems to do that a lot. And by that I mean bringing other 5 stars. I remember pulling on Zhongli's banner just for the sake of getting Razor, but then I reached soft pity and it was Jean. I was uber happy about it but also liked Zhongli so I was really confused about the outcome. A few days later, the day before Zhongli's banner disappeared, I made 11 single pulls still trying to get Razor (All I got was either a 4 star weapon, Chongyun and Xinyan) and BOOM, the Geo Archon has graced my account.
On Xiao's banner I got Jean on pity and I haven't pulled on the Event Banner eversince (mainly because I wanna be scammed by the Homa). Since the next weapons banner isn't really that interesting for me I'll be pulling on Venti's and I hope C1 Jean does her magic again for me.
She's the first and only 5 Star character I ever got and Im here because I already made my Razor as my main DPS.

I think both charecter are worth of leveling up. Diona is better for freeze, superconduct and melt comps so she pairs well with Sucrose while Jean can flex in any other comp. It depends on the content due to Diona having a shield and Jean having a cleanse. Anyways they are both good characters for the long run.

I have a C0 Childe so I use Jean as a 2nd dps in that comp with a Zhongli and she wears VV 4 piece but with a phys goblet. Feels kinda wierd sometimes but all the hydro res down and all the healing with Bennett feels pretty great.

Personally I use Jean/Sucrose with Xiangling/Beidou. Although I've been playing around with removing Xiangling for Hu Tao and changing builds accordingly.
