Is this a contradiction? at 12:14 I think about past failure as much as most people vs its easy to bounce back from failure->its easy to bounce back from failure at 29:55 then the last question: changes make me nervous vs setback are hard to manage -> setback are hard to manage
For the first question: I usually deal with problems as they come up OR most projects need a structured plan. You said that you will choose the second option (structured plan) but you highlighted the first option (deal with problems as they come up) as most like me. Is that by mistake or that the first option is the right one?
Is it better to have a balanced approach that covers a wide range of the leadership principles or a common theme while taking the test. For example, double check work over other peoples feelings
Why you chose "Frequent changes are usually disruptive"? and in addition, most and not more as it is a negative one. And.. it general, being adaptive to change is extremely important.. isn't it? Thanks ahead 🙏

It’s bit confusing to be consistent or balanced approach.
Where ever you have to make a choice Balanced > consistency….
Balance here means only if it lines up with leadership principles
