I have been printing since 2006 and had 2 DTG printers and a large sublimation printer. I sold everything just before Covid. I have since moved from Florida to Colorado and am about to start printing again with my wife, son, and daughter in law. I plan on purchasing a DTF machine. I am interested in what you did to get clients for the transfer orders using your gang sheets. I would like to get some of those type of clients. Any tricks you are willing to share?
Definitely! I just shared the benefits of using gang sheets vs ordering per piece. For example, if they create a gang sheet, they have more control over the use or space in their sheet.

I’m gonna give you $1 million advice for free… find out who is making the most money using the thing you want to provide, and keep bidding until you get the contract.
If there is no demand, you should not be making a supply .
I’m tired of working long hours and I miss spending time with my kids. What are the chances I can buy a broken Audley printer, repair it, and up my side hustle? Someone offer some insight please. I do have experience fixing computers/printers/etc… please help?
Infeel you. Sadly, these printers require someone to watch them while they print. I lf you want itnto be a side hustle, I recommend outsourcing the printing snd focus on merketing and sales

What printer was it, there’s a lot of ‘cheaper’ dtf and Dtg printers?
This one is the Audley 2-head printer. Some converted or A3 printers are cheaper, but I think this price is fair for a 24" wide commercial printer.

@@wondersfredrick8381 yes, sir. For both speed and print quality. I have the Hoson Board with Epson i-3200 printheads
Nebula focus 62F is good one or we go with audley
I haven't used the Nebula so I can't really say. I do love the Audley, but as with any DTF printer in the market today, it needs to be broken in.
That said, the Nebula has the same printhead so it SHOULD BE capable of the same print quality.

How can I print big jobs. With my main top software I can only print 600mm x 375mm I want to print bigger orders at one time.
There should be a way to set it up to print rolls instead of sheets.
