Thanks Bill. This video makes the urge to move more inviting.

Nice homes. My daughter just moved to Prescott Valley last Monday! They really like it there, so they went for it and moved there. We are missing them already but will be out there in Sept. to visit.

NY LI resident hoping to get a house on Prescott Valley. Hopefully 1-2 years. Our uncle just moved there and has been teasing us. :)

Way too money for that house. How can anyone afford that? Prices are out of control. That house should be around $200,000 , not $660,000.

Lol. I'm building right now and just the lumber package for that house is $80,000.

Bill, please consider doing a daily weather report of the Prescott area, similar to David Lynch on his TH-cam channel. Petrol prices and newsy items would be nice. Show us some of those heavenly views!

Does Prescott still do Frontier Days with the Big Parade and the Rodeo? I watch Steve McQueen's "Junior Bonner" over and over, partly because of the parade milieu. I remember seeing Barry Goldwater riding in them.

Yep. I stay away from downtown after being right in the middle of the mayhem for years. Oh the stories I could tell when the 4th was wild in the 70s and 80s. Best to keep quiet.

We will see. I think they will flatten but not drop a bunch.

Lots are included in price with exception of a premium on certain lots. The average is about 15k

Still Antelope out there Clark. Yes a bunch of homes. People like some land and space. Hard to blame them. I can name 100 place that I used to play and walk. All gone now. It is sad but you can't stop it. Name me somewhere better and let's go.
