@@wilhelmdamsleth1245 Yes that works thanks. I was trying to do this with the power switched on and and pressing the two buttons simultaneously just switched it off! Mine is a C91 and still going after 14 years!
The buttons lost contact after 15 years and now pressing both with the same extreme strength is really difficult. It took ages to get them blinking in descaling mode.

My Nespresso Essenza machine is almost identical to the one in the video (while I don't have the ON/OFF switch on the side). The two buttons are working the same way I see in the video. However, my problem is that I have LOT of water dropping into the interior, filling the bottom black plastic part. After a single cycle, I have so much water in the bottom part that it starts to wet my table, a lot! Is this normal? Do you also have all this water coming from the bottom part? Of course, the machine is working with no capsules inside.
