Cabinet Lift Door Tension and Hinge Adjustment Guide by Dura Supreme

The lift door mechanism allows for 3-way adjustment of the cabinet door. First, remove the cover place from each mechanism. Adjust the lift tension by turning the adjustment screw counterclockwise to decrease the tension and clockwise to increase the tension. When making the adjustment make sure that both sides are adjusted to the same setting. When the lift door mechanism (hinge) is adjusted correctly, the door should open and close smoothly. I have this lift door mechanism, but it's very hard to lift the door, is there anyway to grase it or something?
