You can turn the c-stick and control stick to reduce or increase knockback in a certain direction. Like if you DI right with the c-stick on an up throw, you'll move noticeably to the right which can mix things up so combos aren't guaranteed.
I remember in an interview before Singles bracket started Armada said that he was not afraid of Mango or PP. This kid doesn't call himself the best to be arrogant or cocky, he just knows how good he is, he talks big and delivers. This video proves he's not afraid, and I am firmly convinced he is the best now.
@TheOrlly I'd say its pretty even, we just haven't seen any solid peachs besides armada. Her down smash is unbelievably amazing and she can easily chain grab the space animals. Not to mention her horizontal recovery, and her turnips. What i've noticed is that shes a really good counter to players who are overly aggressive, which is why armada didn't use peach in GF against Hboxs jigglypuff.

You only take so much damage if you try to crouch cancel Peach's down smash. If you hold down crouch, you'll get stuck in Peach's spin and you'll get hit about 4 times. Most people who are familiar with Peach know not to crouch cancel near her often. It's a pretty solid move, I think. It becomes crazy deadly though if opponents make silly mistakes.

Don't forget the Up-air. They are super awesome for juggling your opponents. Save the neutral air for high-percent kills and edgeguards. You can also Up-B out of shield as well, which works. =D
@B3atSt1ck It is very true! Peach has easy edge guards on fox. The only reason most peach players lose to foxes is because they don't have the skill armada does..

@Zimx02 easier to combo doesn't mean peaches combos are automatic. This mathup is actually in foxes favor and fox's combos are ones that take techskill yes, but a lot less read reads and tech chases whereas armada had to come up with some very smart techchases and very effective consistant edgeguards. It's pretty disrespectful to dismiss armada's amazing plays in this match as 'easy'. If they were so easy then most top level peaches would be able to beat mngo and thats def not the case
I don't know if it's certain that it's because of MU ratios, but it sure seems that way. He was soooo close to beating HBox at Genesis 2, and his Sheik did well against Mango--but then, HBox at least seemed to improve from Genesis 2 to Apex, while M2K and Mango really didn't. Who knows what the future holds?

I know. But it's still possible and DSmash is still a good move to complain about. I like the characters and such but I can understand why some players would complain about certain things in the game. I just get over it and around it myself, but they are still obstacles and a lot of people don't think that way and just see something as "broken". It's not broken, but it is strong and abusable especially to players that aren't hardcore.

Yeah, but PP almost pulled that fourth game. I feel like this tourney was evidence that at the moment the lines between Mango/HBox/PP are relatively blurred, with Armada sitting squarely above them. Saying that PP "only came close" on his counterpicks isn't really fair when he did win one of them, and almost netted another. Mango didn't win any. IMO, Mango should go Falcon versus Armada. When he was sitting by S2J during S2J v. Armada I was SURE he was planning for it.

It's pretty hard to complain about any moves your opponent uses when you play Fox.
