@@undersky1 No grizzlies this time of year but yes I’ve heard this happens. I have seen a barren ground grizzly but only in the summer. One also broke into my dad’s old that I stay in near Churchill.

had to break my wood trails yesterday been snowing and lots of wind, for sure hard seeing in that low light. how long you get out of a sleigh load of firewood, it varies depending on temp i know . some great scenes there Norm , the wind blowing on the snow is way nicer to look at sitting here ha ha , just heading out to haul some wood for a delivery bys, cheers
Hey buddy. I get around 10 days per load. Usually the shed is full but I’m making changes and wanted it empty. I need a safety camp right at camp and need to get that shed done if my main camp catches fire.

Right on Norm nice 👍 that Marten was small. The artic fox wouldn't you been able to hang it in the tent for a bit by the wood stove to take it out of the trap since you had the stove on? You said your saw has been taking more gas does it sound the same? I wonder if its the gas 🤷
I figured it out. I was cutting bigger trees before and filling the sleigh quickly that’s all. As for the fox, there is no way that trap would come off till the next day. There fur is incredibly insulated and it takes long to thaw them.
Is it common to have polar bear 🐻❄️ on the land now as they supposedly are to be out in the bay getting fat on 🦭 seals. They must make you a little nervous to see them out there. Just keep safe and healthy thanks for the videos. 0:24

@ They hibernate till spring. Not far from my tent frame somewhere. I’ve caught one on my trail cam in the spring.
