  • This 🧠 Mindfulness Monday, we opened with one of my favorite quotes about procrastination, “The magic you are looking for is the work you are avoiding.” Then, we discussed how we can turn to the 5 Steps of Becoming as a tool for dealing with our issues head-on: intention, action, practice, habit, and then finally, becoming.
    15 Minutes of Positivity (15+) is a daily practice group hosted by our co-founder Oli Mittermaier, MS. We spend the first five minutes learning a “neurohabit” then the rest of the time putting it into action with guided reflection.
