Editor’s note: This video was a new challenge, and a ton of fun to make. It’s the first video where we used actual PvP footage, let alone Trials gameplay! So many friends made, so many memories….
….my best friend introduced me to destiny just before taken king. He and I played together, meeting people from around the world. We were only kids; a couple of street punks scraping by making a living any way we could. But in destiny we found an escape from all that. It was our first exposure to the broader world, and to the idea that ppl like us exist everywhere.
We memorized all of these parodies, and ate up any destiny content we could find.
Sadly he killed himself in the spring before D2 released. Although I had bought the preorder, and made a bunch of new friends, the experience was never the same.
These little moments that creep through unexpectedly from dusty corners in our minds..these are the moments that make it all mean something. Thank you, Ravens. You don’t know how much I have cherished your content over the years ❤

I always stand-by the idea that the ideal Fireteam has all 3 classes.
Titan's are amazing as walls and stalwart defence.
Hunter's are good for rapid and quick damage.
Warlocks are amazing support that can hash explosive bursts of dmg

Going back and watching these older destiny videos gives me nostalgia. Yea the game had flaws but I could always go back and have fun. I made so many new friends on the game. Destiny 2 just doesn’t get me feeling like i did in destiny 1.
