Had the same set of issues as you haha magnets misaligned. Glued them up works like a charm now. But keeping that thing lubed sucks haha. If anyones thinking of switching save yourself the trouble and keep the belt. You will save money not going through cans of lube per month. But I notice a big difference in torque especially on hill climbs. Was able to do a hill climb on the chain drive that I never could do on a belt. But I still wish I just kept the belt haha.
The 21 inch front wheel makes a huge difference riding off road. You can roll over obstacles much more easily. New front suspension helps a lot too. The Tuned KKE or Fastace forks seem pretty popular right now but I love my Fox 40 fork. Bark buster/hand guards are great also. They have saved my fingers on multiple occasions.

Have you ever upgraded jackshaft bearings
What upgrades do you recommend for a 2024 Surron lbx. Just used for trail riding.

@mbzoomer3799 you recommend 21/19 or 19/16 wheel setup? Have you tried ext forks?
