Brake sensors are only on the front brakes, both sides. Try using Akebono brakes pads if you hate cleaning brake dust off your wheels. Also, be sure to use caliper grease (sparingly) on pins and where caliper contacts metal brake pad backing. Otherwise, you'll have brake squeal. Btw, tips of pins should have small cotter pins to secure them. Looks like yours are missing.
Good video! I'm going to try replacing the brakes on my 91 300SE. This looked to be easier than the front brakes. Does the e-brake get in the way at all?
Make sure the e-brake is fully release before doing this job. If you’re replacing just the pads, then it doesn’t matter if the e-brake is released or not.
Never thought it would be so easy gonna change em on my 380se
Can't believe how easy that came off, i got a sledgie onto mine and it still won't budge
Make sure your ebrake is released.
Going to try to do brakes on my 380sec, thanks for the video!
No problem.
