Pretty easy to control VSTs in Bitwig If anyone is on the fence. When I first got it, that's how I tested it out first before getting it wired up in the main setup. Been a pretty fun run.
Thankyou for the kind comment, when on a budget I always try to make the most out of the equipment I have. Pulling at every string to see how far the engine will go. Really enjoying the NDLR. What would you think to some more generalized music production tutorials?
I’d stick to the NDLR if I were you - you’ve got a niche and you’re way ahead of the crowd. The material in this tutorial alone could probably be reworked as several short instructional videos.
@@GR-uw7yc thankyou so much for the suggestion. I might try doing some basic tutorials for the NDLR in a shorter more edited format. Just so people can get comfortable with the unit.
Hint. Set the NDLR pad to channel 6, so if you are using the multiple channel option for the chord strum effect, you'll get channel 7 and above allocated for pad notes transmitted as part of the chord change.

I started searching for NDLR sequecer, and your channel pops up, (I don not own one, but love all your ndlr jams, SUBBED.
This is great. Not easy, but great anyway 😃. Please keep the NDLR-tutorials coming.

You can also name the CC numbers in the main Pad, Drone, Motif1, Motif2 tracks.. this helps when you have CC automations as well.
AMAZING video insight on midi to DAW. Will try this in Ableton. Thank you. Please do ore vids on NDLR outside box ideas...
Ableton allows you to directly MIDI map the channel parameters too which cuts down on the amount of vsts and odd stuff you've got to do.
@@KarlClarkeMusic Thank you. Can you do a Guide?
@@seoverus7805 sadly I don't own Ableton and I'm not in a position to buy it at the moment. Though there are several guides online about it already.
@@KarlClarkeMusic Hi OK Ill do A search on it. Thank you & Good Morning !!
Nice tut, thanks. A little finicky to get the CC working, but it does help keep me from having to menu dive in various apps and plugins in AUM. :)
Cheers for the comment, it is a nifty little feature that I don't see enough people using.

Brah, you made a 12 minute video about sound and melodic patterns but didn't have any music in your video.
Very fair point there, you can see me use this feature quite a lot in my NDLR Jams. This was more an informative tutorial style video.
