    Thank you so much for sharing your story. Woman need to hear things like this. I tried to get lipo, went to 3 diff plastic surgeons and they all surprisingly told me I didn’t need it. The last one sat me down and talked to me about diet&exercise. That talk was a turning point for me and I viewed it as god talking sense into me.

    BBL is the most dangerous cosmetic surgery, it boggles me how normalized it’s become. Fat embolism is deadly, and getting a surgery to fit a trend is never worth it when your life and overall health are at risk. Great video btw

    Naturally women are tilted in the pelvic area. Men are the ones with flat flat tummies due to their genetic make up. Very few women have that flat flat. I’ve been working out forever and my tummy has a tilt and a little fat but it’s flat. If that makes sense.I think naturally women are meant to have that little pouch.

    Ada, thank you for sharing. Ladies, plastic surgery is not a joke. It distorts your body. It changes the your body and not for the best. Things that cannot happen naturally show not be done manually. I repeat if it cannot occur naturally, beware. The BBL in particular make woman look unnatural. When woman have natural hips, it looks different than the manufactured hips. Natural bums do not, I repeat do look like this bubble butts. Once you change your body it becomes difficult to buy nice quality clothes. I am warning woman do not pay to play with your body. Take your time workout, learn what foods work best with your body. Lastly the hourglass shape is not only feminine body in the world. We have different shapes and the figure 8 is not just a matter of waist to hip ratio, you have consider your bust and shoulders. Trust me all woman has a shape that is desirable , but you have to desire your body 1st. Do the work, wake up early stay late, do what you need to do to look how you want.

    • @prassociates2000

      THIS IS THE BEST ADVICE EVER AND WELL STATED...I actually have been fascinated by how brave these women who get lipo with BBLs and go for round 1 and round 2. All I know is to diet, eat healthy as possible and exercise to lose weight and maintain health. And when I was working with a trainer, he had me doing all the intense exercises for abs, building muscle tone with weights in toning my thighs, arms and reducing my back frame size. I would walk and jog as well. You must have discipline with not over eating and binge eating and to also develope a routine with commitment to an exercise program that fits your limitation. Plastic surgery with these bbls and lipos come with a price to pay with longterm side effects physically and emotionally. Too many young girls in their 20s and some younger are looking to these plastic surgery procedures for confidence and that is so sad to me. Just because celebrities are doing it and you think its okay cuz you may have money to do this it is such a waste of money when there is so much else to do with the spent on these procedures like investing in stocks and buying homes.

    • @nicolesmith4371
      @nicolesmith4371 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Yes! Natural hips look nothing like bbl hips. The bbl hips are too high. Plus like you said if your body isn’t naturally an hourglass then the addition of these awkwardly high hips are going to look even more disproportionate. Not everyone can be an hourglass just like not everyone can be Victoria secret model tall and skinny. Most people fall somewhere in the middle because those are rare body types and the word would be boring if we were all shaped the same.

    Such great content! I work out and have gotten complements for my slim/fit thick figure. But, as of lately I’ve been seeing all these BBL before and after on all social media platforms and I began to normalize it and even hope to achieve the look with my workouts (which is literally not possible). Thanks for your honesty in this video. I’m definitely going to start the journey of accepting that those BBL bodies are not normal and that I *personally* don’t need to aspire to that.

    The crazy thing about it is people could actually get the same results in the gym and at home by working out 3-4 days a week (or 30 mins a day) and eating slightly better in the same time it takes to recover from surgery. The money spent on surgery could go to a personal trainer once a week/ month and people would still have money left over.

Tell me why after the surgery my surgeon asked if I worked out a lot because the fat in my thighs was too hard to lipo. I’ve had a bbl and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself especially since I did it for ME. Yes, the pain was HEEELLLL it’s not even the bbl it’s the lipo just like sis said 😩 the recovery process will play on your emotions forreal. Personally for me, it took about a month for me to feel more comfortable during my massages. Just as any surgery, do your research extensively and learn about the doctor you’re inquiring. Everything she’s saying is the truth BUT get the surgery if you choose sis, for me I couldn’t gain the hips I did on the table at the gym 🤷🏾‍♀️. Happy healing to those who go to the gym and are sore or go get surgery and are recovering ❤️

    I always wanted to get a BBL because of my baby stomach but my guy friends would always tell me no and that i don’t need it and just go to the gym. My one friend sent me a video of a girl who went overseas to get a BBL and they left her for dead and took all her organs. After that I was like oh okay I’m going to stop joking about getting a BBL because my life is more important than that. Plus not having the money for it because I always had to pay for school out of pocket. Overall, I am finally comfortable with my body. I love my shape and I got my stomach flat by juicing and taking seamoss. I eat healthy and cook all of my meals. I was consistently in the gym and my butt was growing and lifting. I took some time off from the gym because work is hectic right now but I thank God I never saved up for a BBL and gave up on the idea. My shape is beautiful and I should of appreciated it more a few years ago but I’m happy and grateful now. Thanks for sharing your story, no one ever talks about these details because they don’t want to look stupid and feel shameful but thank you again!

    I just had a baby boy last year and I had a c section.... I was 37 and he's my first child. It's a trip to me that you stated about having children and compared it to your procedure...... Women's bodies are miraculous, it can do things that men will NEVER process...... I'm not a fan of lipo/plastic surgery, because we can get our bodies together without it. And also, getting these procedures done you STILL have to eat right and exercise to maintain the work you got done, so why not just DO THAT from the start????

    I have had two major back fusion surgeries, I couldn't so much as use the bathroom after, the second was more evasive than the first as they had to remove all the metal from the first surgery. My three lower discs were removed due to the impact from my military survive, I would never go back for another surgery after that one, I still have back pain believe it or not and I needed these operations or I would eventually lose my ability to walk, it's been over 3 years since and I even had my last BB after it. I'm happy to not have to walk with a cane anymore I work out with my babies now 13; 11; 6 & 2 (low to no impact) and I'm glad I never went for that breast augmentation, my breasts use to be anywhere from DD-F when I was pregnant, I was looking at all those fake girls on those reality tv shows. Now they're like a big C I'm finally ok with that. I look at my three girls and I can't keep telling them to love themselves as they are if I were to get that done no matter my reason, my girls would probably think it's ok so yeah I'm over it, I rather work out now n live my best life with my babies. I appreciate your content working out is cheaper and looks more natural,y girls do everything they see me do, I would not be ok if they ever decided to alter their bodies that I view as perfect.
