@@jaymariscal9088 Not squats. I have grown my but and hips with exercises and many people have commented that "wow, your butt has really grown! What do you do?". It's backward leglifts in different directions, sideways leglifts and deadlifts (need to make sure that the glutes are activated and try to minimize the hamstring tension though).
Wait that makes so much sense. BBL has only recently gotten super popular, so we really don't have any samples of how these butts look like 10-20 yrs later. That's really scary.
I can tell you that because it is your own fat being injected there is nothing to worry about. (if you survived the surgery) silicone implants are actually much worse. actually, the fat gets reabsorbed to a point. it's much more likely that your results won't be there anymore in 20 years. I had 2 BBL's one in 2017, one in 2018 and my results are going away already.
*Your body is not a trend.* Don’t fall completely into society’s ever changing beauty standards. Learn to love yourself as you are. And in time everyone else will see your beautiful glow ❤️
Just work out y'all. I promise you can get thicky from the gym. I did it. And I used to get roasted for having a pancake booty. I've made very noticeable gains over the past 2 years. It's never gonna be as big as these surgery results, but I'd rather have my own natural enhanced body then a cookie cutter BBL shape. Plus the biggest benefit isn't what happens to your butt, it's what happens to your health overall. You will look AND feel amazing. :)
Problem is a lot of women who choose to do the bbl do it because they don’t want to put in the work to workout but the truth is you have to put in the work to maintain the booty after a bbl aswell 😂
@@DianaRik hello! I’ve seen so many women get BBLs and liposuction and they end up wasting their money because they didn’t bother to maintain the results
I also thought that going to the gym was going to make my butt bigger, but i actually have a spine injury which doesn’t allow me to lift weights anymore.. so now I’m really considering the BBL.
I know of someone who had a BBL and she got on a plane soon after the procedure. Turns out the plane ride caused blood clots to form. When she got home, she died within seconds. All of that just to die with a perky butt. I mean no disrespect to the young lady, but we really have to think of the risks before we sacrifice our lives for a beauty trend that will be gone in 10 years.
This almost happened to Cardi B. She had revision done, surgeons stressed to her the importance of not flying. She did it anyway and posted of picture of how swollen her legs had gotten. They were 4x the size they usually are. She’s since deleted the pic but if that’s not warning sign, I don’t know what is.
@@di7209 it was from blood clots starting to form. It’s something about high altitude that makes you more prone to clotting and since you’re even at a greater risk of clots from just surgery alone, that is why the doctors advise her not to fly.
I remember I wanted a BBL too and it spiked after an ex would nonstop attack the way I looked. Until I realized that someone who loves you will accept you for who you are and then I gave up wanting it lol
Yo I'm generally not judgmental of people getting plastic surgery - your body your choice after all - but people doing risky things when they have children REALLY pisses me off tbh. If you choose to become a parent then that's your first and foremost responsibility, your child should come before EVERYTHING else. If you're not prepared to put your child before your own selfish wants, you have no business being a parent.
@@c.j.5455 Yup, I'm very strongly pro-choice (and also pro sex ed and access to contraceptives since prevention is better than any cure). No child should ever be born without being wanted and nobody should ever have to be a parent or endure pregnancy against their will
I’m just going to do it the old fashioned way: lace up a corset, fluff up a petticoat, and boom the clothes do all the damn work. Gotta say, the fashionable silhouette was easier to achieve when it involved fabric rather than surgery. God I’m glad I like anachronistic clothing; the sway of “what’s in” is far less alluring. It’s not worth anyone’s life.
I was cyber attacked on Instagram for calling out an influencer who was promoting this type of surgery. All I said was that it was dangerous & unnecessary. Do some squats 🤣
I think it was the tail end of your statement that might have caused some issues... If someone wants to go in for a breast lift, or a tummy tuck, or any other cosmetic plastic surgery operation that is their choice period if they do not feel comfortable in the body that they were assigned that is their decision to alter it with a certain boundary of safety.
Yea it was definitely the second part. People use the “natural is better” often quite condescendingly and, well, rudely. You get this from “natural foods” to “natural looks” all the way to “essential oils”, which is what people will associate you with. Even with covid there are many people who are saying “death is natural, it’s the way god intended”. To add to this, people don’t go through cosmetic surgery lightly. There are many cases where natural is *not* better, so much so that they are willing to take the risk of death to fix it. When you say “natural is better” you are disregarding the people who have suffered all their lives due to some cosmetic issue they cannot fix, and have finally decided to take a risk. Maybe you’ll say “everyone is beautiful”, well bullies don’t think so, potential mates don’t think so, and studies have shown that people subconsciously associate beauty with other unrelated qualities (the halo effect). Let people know the risk, but in the end don’t judge their decision.
@@tamaragleaves I was born in Los Angeles. In the society I was born into, everyone wears the same clothing, gets nose jobs (2 sisters & a sister in law), gets boob jobs and have blonde hair. Being a rebel in their eyes, I moved to a different state where I could be and am myself.
I’m not even 30 years old and I’ve already seen two major shifts in the beauty standards for women (in the 90’s/early 00´s it was all about being bone thin, then it went to still thin but with really big boobs). Even if the surgery goes perfectly and if it’s stay perfect for the rest of your life, what’s gonna happen when big butts are no longer so popular? Imagine paying thousand of dollars and going through all that pain and risks only for your body to be out of style in 10 years 😬
Yes! This. Exactly. The standards and trends change so quick. The BBL is going to be the tramp stamp of body ideals in 10 years time. And who even knows how these things will actually look as the women age.
@@jz1578 bbls aren't about an hourglass shape. They're mostly about the huge, high, round butt and hips and an iron-board flat stomach; but most women doing them don't go on to develop shoulders and enlarge boobs to achieve the hourglass. The "modern pear" is more of a goal here.
This video just saved me from spiraling back into my obsession to get a BBL in hopes of getting my old body back, I think I’ll just spend half of that money on a specialized trainer and healthier lifestyle and some therapy 😭
You will make it. Good weight training that also work ur glutes bring great effects plus you will feel better. While doing sports your body produces more "happy" hormones.
I do a lot of exercises that keep me toned and energetic. Men are attracted to confident women who have their own. The looks get them first because they are visual but what keeps them is a quality woman.
It’s sad that so many young women want to endure a potential life threatening procedure for vanity and and self confidence.. my sisters friend had a BBL in turkey and when she was finally healed she still has to work hard at the gym so it look perky and nice. Girls just go to the gym and built up your butt, you’ll be more proud of it in the end and you achieve that snatched look safely and still have your life at the end of it ☺️
People also don't realize that genetics play a role as well, sure you can get a nice perky butt with excercise and maybe even get a bigger butt but not everyone can achieve that big butt look even with excercise, embrace your body and we have to try and not want to look like others.

@@kiki__5561 haha it was definitely not easy. I was thin all my life and then got a boyfriend. Gained about 10-15 pounds in 4 months, when I was trying my whole life. The thing is you can’t add mass to your butt until you gain weight :/. I typically go of the gym five days a week, and train my butt 3 times a week. Squats and bands will only work to tone your butt. But squatting and lifting heavier weights will tone and lift up your butt. Not saying bands are useless but to see big results you need to weight train. Trust me, once you see results you’ll never go back. I believe in you!!
I found Dr. Youn independently, actually 😂 because the YoUTube algorithm was like, “you’re looking up medical and Covid videos? I firmly believe that there is beauty in diversity, 20 years from now I don’t want to go outside and realize that all women look the same like they were made in a mass production factory. Yes plastic surgery can help with psychological issues and that’s totally fine but putting your life at risk for your ass?! That’s a big NO 👎🏻
Dr. Youn is such an amazing surgeon and totally lives up to his commercial name! I wish all surgeons were like him instead of making their patients insecure about their appearance only to profit off of them, as some surgeons I’ve heard of. Love to see you both collab!🥰
In Turkey a lot of doctors are like this. I was turned away for a procedure I really wanted from two different doctors. I never had it done because of their insistence that it wasn’t needed.
Great topic. I'm a licensed massage therapist and have done quite a bit of manual lymph drainage on post-BBL clients. It can be quite challenging, both physically and energetically.
I had major major complications (hospitalized) and I went to a highly rated, board certified ps with a zero complication rate... and it doesn't even look good honestly, one hip is wider than the other, my waist isn't even (one side starts higher than the other) $16k wasted.. so vain, for what.. dumbest thing I've done

A lot of plastic surgery horror stories come from people who went to get them done at dubious places, often because it's cheaper. If you want plastic surgery, NEVER compromise!!! @@cassiej2549 This is exactly why we need content creators like Dr. Mike who take the time to actually educate us. This was attention-grabbing enough to get us to watch and then, bam, educational. Also, my butt can stay as-is. Just sayin'.
To young ladies out there, I used to cry and act jealously (with envy) because my whole family had a fat bottom except me; some how all my friends have a butt too and made sure that they made that clear (saying sly fucked up comments, low key trying to bully me) cause they knew I didn’t really have one. My ex-boyfriend made it clear and actually bullied me because I didn’t have a butt, and make bad jokes like you need a “fix A-Flat” ass job. Moral of the story, GO TO THE GYM AND PRAY. I probably only grew an 1/2 inch on my butt from working out so far, but from praying to God and getting over insecurities with Him in my life, plus knowing Jesus loves me no matter what or how I look; I don’t want to be society’s version of beautiful. God made me beautiful, ALL OF US BEAUTIFUL, already. Working out makes me feel 30x better, and I look in the mirror now checking out my butt like dang you go girl! I don’t care what people say or think of me anymore, I don’t even care about my own horrible thoughts on how I think of myself. I let go and forgave myself (for putting myself down), the people for what I thought were “friends and bf”(for knowing my insecurities and using it against me to make me hate myself more), and for fucked up genetics (lmao). My mother grew up in different eras, and the 80s were all about the boobs, just watch one Golden Girls episode and you know what I am talking about. Don’t risk your life trying to fit in (for an era that’s going to disappear), risk your life to gain confidence and comfort in yourself, by yourself (or seek therapy, no shame) for yourself.
This trend is so strange to me. When I was a teenager, the trend for butt was small and muscular, big Pamela Anderson boobs were THE THING. ( Obviously, I have small boobs and more butt.) Then, no boobs no butt heroin chic was in. You can't win, in a few years it'll all be different. If you work out a bit, whatever you have will at least be in decent shape and healthy and shapely never goes out of style.

Same! I got picked on really badly in school because of my big bum. Now people are asking me what my squat routine is and I just smugly wiggle away. Much love from my big butt to yours!
Me too! I didn't actually get bullied or anything but I was always ashamed of my big thighs and big butt. Now my boyfriend jokes that he loves it but it could be even bigger. I remember being so surprised when I heard a girl say she wanted a bigger butt in high school
Same here people used to tell me my butt was fake or too big but recently big butts are on trend and everyone loves them i happy with mi body know and grateful
I think it's very sad, that ppl are so unhappy with their body and trying to follow any kind of beauty trends. I understand that some ppl don't like their body at all time, but I am sure it's just because of all the photoshop pictures all over the internet. And that's what makes it so sad. What most women compare each other to, is not real, and absolutely not worth to have bad complications from those surgeries or even dying for. We need to stop pressuring us to an ideal that doesn't exist. If nature would have want us to look all the same, we would all look the same. Peace and Love ✌🏽❤️
Also sad to see that the vast majority can have a really nice body with eating right and exercising. Also most people dont realize that adding some muscle to your butt will make it look 10x better. Muscle stays perky! It doesnt droop and sag. The fat will stay on top of you muscle and give a nice shape for most women.
You said, "We need to stop pressuring us to an ideal that doesn't exist." You know what we really need? We need more people like you! You are so kind and I wish everyone thought like you did! Everyone has to have self love and photoshopped pictures of unreal standards aren't helping society. You are a great person!😊😊😊😊
Good seeing a Dr speak on these subjects. We live in a time you can't even give tough love. I remember talking about the dangers that come with plastic surgery people don't talk about and trying to inspire body positivity. And people came at me saying it is a persons choice, and people should do what makes them happy. I agree it ultimately is there choice but all the facts should be laid out so they can access the pros and cons. I wish society would push self love.
Am I the only one who’s happy with their body being as stated by my Tailor “oh you have a body like a five-year-old boy, mind you I am 34”. Dare I say I would call it fit and flat, I come from a ballet background so perhaps that’s where my vision is skewed but that’s the aesthetic I’ve always preferred lean, long and strong. Maybe that’s not “feminine” enough for today’s preference or that it’s not attractive to many men anymore because curves seem to be all the rage. I just don’t see the point of plastic surgery aside from medicinal healing, in the form of repair, reconstruction or Botox for migraines and things of that nature. I just don’t know why we as people are so influenced by celebrities and why we can’t see the beauty in our own bodies? Do you blame celebrity culture immensely because they don’t necessarily publicly announce their procedures and women and young girls are trying to get that type of body when a lot of the times three types of body is nothing like the bodies they’re seeking without the help of plastic surgery, I just wish celebrities were more forthcoming and aware of the influence they have of their audience and the young demographic. One thing I like about this plastic surgeon, is that he very holistically approaches this with his patients like are you sure you really want this for a long-term solution and you actually really makes them think it through and probably gives them all the risk as well as the rewards to whatever they choose to do before they move forward. I respect that so much, I’m not saying don’t get it, I’m just saying that plastic surgery is not for me. But I do wish people could find more beauty within themselves, we are all supposed to look unique and different instead we have a youth culture who all want to have a very similar aesthetic which makes them much less unique and I feel like some flaws are beautiful and makes you special.
@ The Vitality ViXXen --- I'm curious... since you mentioned that you are "fit & flat"... I've often wondered about a few things. Did you get flat by actually doing something or is that naturally how you are? And.... do you call yourself fit because you are thin, or because of some type of workout routine? I'm not trying to be negative in any way, but when I'm in public and I see people like that--- fit & flat looking, I don't feel like I can go up to a stranger and ask something like that. Just curious...
I didn't read everything you typed but just wanted to say that I find all body types to be beautiful as long as the person wearing that body has a good attitude and personality.
I like my natural body call me old fashion. My friend got a BBL and literally looks like she’s wearing a diaper. Does not match her body at all she looked better without it in my opinion.
Most famous er...infamous butt may be K Kardashian. C'mon. ...that rear end looks like she's got 3 bags of concrete stuffed in her drawers. I personally don't know how she walks around with all that back there.
I'm not interested in this procedure but Dr. Mike's videos always leave me with something that I can take from it. The one constant message I take from him is to care about yourself. Take care of yourself and do that by making sure you're being cared for by a medical professional that has the same belief. His videos say to me, "Be your own greatest advocate. And my life is worth while." That and Dr. Mike's humor and laugh help me find the strength to get out of bed on some pretty blue mornings.
This is so good!!! There is so much unnecessary pressure on both men and women to achieve a massively unrealistic body type. Even the people we look at as having the “ideal body type” in magazines etc.. DO NOT have that body type!! So much of it is down to the angle of the photograph or photoshop. I got my BBL and to be honest it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Do your research and make sure your doctor has his credentials before doing anything.

@Ava Goodwin it's ok, you don't have to be mad about it, chill out. But since you are coming at my coment, I have to say: 1. "a nation" - it was a generalization of the usa, just as that butt is a generalization of a brazilian girl. 2- the perspective of what is beautiful, it's soooo relative. @@noirchien2622 I agree with you when you say that countries can’t be defined by just one race or look. But (and it’s a big butt, jk jk) the word Latino does have Latin in the actual word but it in no way shape or form is it meant to describe solely the Latin language. Latino describes anyone from Latino America including those from certain Caribbean countries, it doesn’t have to do with the actual Latin language but instead the Romance languages that were derived from Latin. There is nothing wrong with identifying as Latino nor Latino American. Of course Latino isn’t a race nor a nationality, but it’s the term many people use when they don’t want to say the specific country they are from. It gives us a sense of power to be part of a much larger group, plus most people that are not Latinos wouldn’t even know MOST of the countries from Latin America when they are told a specific country so it’s more easier from the speakers pov to just say they are from Latin America and leave it there. Your last sentence also annoyed me a bit because it’s true, Latin American countries have been treated like complete shit by the colonist and even modern day the US has severely impacted Latino American countries. But the way you said it makes it sound like Latino Americans are crazy for the way they identify themselves, they are VICTIMS. In many Latino American country the impacts of SLAVERY, and if past colonial rule:DICTATORSHIPS, has left being darker skinned and identifying as Afro Latino American with a negative connotation. Modern day, that is shown through media with predominantly white or light skinned Latino Americans being represented. When I said they are victims I didn’t mean their ignorance can be encouraged but if all that their media shows their kids is white Latino American celebrities, when those kids grow up they will have a bias even against their own skin color believing that white is more beautiful (when of its not). It may take centuries to reverse the affects of colorism in Latinos and Latino Americans, but instead of ridiculing them or hating them for it, people need to try to explain what it means, because it is something that was just part of their everyday life, so they never questioned it even when it was detrimental to their own self. I’m using “they” but not all Latinos/Latino Americans are like that, many younger Latinos are already beginning to change that but nonetheless the culture is still like that.

@@NotLikeUs17 omg 😳
@@NotLikeUs17 How does the plane ride cause the swelling? Is it because of the change in pressure?
@@di7209 it was from blood clots starting to form. It’s something about high altitude that makes you more prone to clotting and since you’re even at a greater risk of clots from just surgery alone, that is why the doctors advise her not to fly.

I’m all for natural. I don’t want to look like a Barbie doll.

That's why I'm just sitting here with my natural booty waiting for being natural to come back in style
The hourglass figure never goes out of style, I think
@@jz1578 bbls aren't about an hourglass shape. They're mostly about the huge, high, round butt and hips and an iron-board flat stomach; but most women doing them don't go on to develop shoulders and enlarge boobs to achieve the hourglass. The "modern pear" is more of a goal here.

It’s sad that so many young women want to endure a potential life threatening procedure for vanity and and self confidence.. my sisters friend had a BBL in turkey and when she was finally healed she still has to work hard at the gym so it look perky and nice. But I do wish people could find more beauty within themselves, we are all supposed to look unique and different instead we have a youth culture who all want to have a very similar aesthetic which makes them much less unique and I feel like some flaws are beautiful and makes you special.
sadly that background is linked to a whole other unhealthy extreme but glad you were blessed to fit into and love yourself.
It's evil. We were born to look the way we do.
I like my natural body call me old fashion. My friend got a BBL and literally looks like she’s wearing a diaper. Does not match her body at all she looked better without it in my opinion.
lmfao
Most famous er...infamous butt may be K Kardashian. C'mon. ...that rear end looks like she's got 3 bags of concrete stuffed in her drawers. I personally don't know how she walks around with all that back there.
its a bad surgery.
Yes! Dr. Mike killing it with the collaboration videos!!👏🏼👏🏼.
Maybe one day he'll have a veterinarian on and bear can help him out with that video!
I love Dr. Mike found Dr. Youn!!! Two of my favorite drs!!!
My two favorite doctors together. Love you Dr Youn😘
Who else is here after reading about the IG model Joselyn Cano’s death from a botched BBL surgery?
This is so good!!! There is so much unnecessary pressure on both men and women to achieve a massively unrealistic body type. Even the people we look at as having the “ideal body type” in magazines etc.. DO NOT have that body type!! So much of it is down to the angle of the photograph or photoshop. I will never have a big bum 🍑 but I can have strong glutes which is waaaay more important for my health! Strong is sexy, and strong will look different on every individual ☺️
I love the doctor / medical community supporting each other and educating the public on such topics. Love it!
I defo do not want anyone dabbling in my butt 😂.
Haha same!!

My two favorite Medical TH-camrs in one place.. excellent. I love hearing anything and everything Dr. Youn has to say! Thank you, good sir!
Yall remember when Dr Mike asked if he even was a real doctor😂😂
Wow I didn't know it was that high of mortality rate with a BBL! That's crazy. I would rather do a bunch of squats than lose my life if its that high of a rate... And I didn't know there was a such thing as a BBL expert either.
I’m glad my bbl went good! If I would have seen this vid before don’t think I would have done It. But so far I’m happy.
I’m glad you are well
Question do you still recommend it is it worth it ? I get the effects as the fat embolism but do you maybe think it’s more depending on who does it and pay for a good surgeon ?
Great your following a trend 👏 👍 👌 😀 😉
Me too ! I had a successful bbl thanks God and it was one of the best decisions of my life 💕
@@mssha1980 Thankyou!
I got my BBL and to be honest it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Do your research and make sure your doctor has his credentials before doing anything.
Whats the name of your doctor.
Yes 🙌
Facts.
My Dr was Dr Díaz from Tijuana Mexico
Girl yes
I had a BBL 5 years ago. I have gained and lost weight since the procedure and overall my shape has stayed the same. I saw a board certified plastic surgeon and had no negative side effects. I understand there are risks to the surgery but there are plenty of safe and highly educated surgeons like this doctor said.
Did you have yours in the states?
@@justjamie8186 yes in FL
@@olivias2836 thanks for relying! I found a doctor in the DR that I feel very good about. I was trying to find one in the states but it hasn’t been easy to find one affordable with great results. The doctor I found was previously a pediatric facial reconstructive surgeon and he also practiced here in the states for some time before moving back. Congratulations on your recovery and wonderful results! I can’t wait for mine!
@@justjamie8186 good luck 💕 try to stay as healthy as possible leading up to the surgery and after it and you’ll have a great experience I’m sure.
@@olivias2836 Thanks for the well wishes and tips! I most definitely will 💕
this is why stereotypes can be so dangerous, the fact that it's mostly women of color getting them makes me so sad.
Brazilians are tanned. They do it more than women of color.
Brazilians are obsessed with butts.
@@killervirus57 thank you! I keep saying that
Because they want them bigger! Big butts are valued in our culture
@@tajiminaji4169 it's obvious to anyone. It's called *Brazilian* butt lift for a reason.
The bigger a butt the more beautiful someone is considered in Brazil.
@@killervirus57 Do most Brazilians get fake tans or use spray tan? Or is it natural, like they were born with a darker skin tone? Because if Brazilians had to be in the sun to get tanned, then a lot of older Brazilian ladies must have wrinkly, saggy, splotchy skin.
Doctor Mike is a walking encyclopaedia!❤️
1 in 3000 die? How is this still allowed to be performed by any but the most qualified doctors. As he said, " you don't want someone dabbling in your butt" 😶
1 in 3000 is pretty good ... 100 in 3000 ... that's more of a gamble ....
Going to the gym and gaining muscle in the butt area is definitely a way longer process, but it's so much safer and healthier :) It took me years to see a noticeable difference in my butt from exercise (granted it wasn't 6x a week in the gym, but most people dont have time to go that often anyways). Just start today and you'll start seeing progress much quicker than a surgery and much more natural looking with no scars!
As an African with a flat butt, and big boobs, I was always made fun of. But actually, what I really wanted is smaller boobs (I was always a bit of a tomboy). And my main issue is not having a flat butt, but how I look like on some clothes due to the boobs/butt ratio. I am now In my mid 30s and I am way less self-conscious about my body in comparison to when I was a teenager or in my early twenties. Just stay healthy and do what is best for you. If you decide to do a cosmetic procedure do it for yourself and not for a beauty trend or a partner.
My 2 favorite doctors!!!!!!! 👨🏻⚕️👨🏻⚕️❤️ I love how you both are so entertaining and very educational and fact focused! 🙏🏼
So true!....we do always care what we look like....and I hope (more importantly) we care about not dying in order to have a better butt! Thank you for this info!

I love how brazilian woman are a goal of beauty of nation that have so many discrimination of latinos, black people and all of those other minorities that us, brazilians, are.
@Ava Goodwin I actually think it is a mix of the two, either way my statements stay truthful
We, as girls, have to praise other girls and understand that each of us are gorgeous in our on ways.
@@noirchien2622 wow, thank you! I really agree with what you said. The word see us like we sell it (the country of soccer, amazing bodies and carnival), but we are so much more than that. We have a amazing biome, our food is out of this world (you have to try "brigadeiro"), and the list goes on...
Brasil was the last country of America to abolish the slavery, and we still have remnants of it. Being outside the standards of beauty is a struggle that we even submitted our children to, but I feel that this mentality is changing step by step.
Ps: we have this think, when we love an artist, we ask then to come perform here, and I really liked what you said kkkkkk so here it goes.
Noir Chien come to Brazil!!!
@Ang M Yes, thank you! You are so nice!
Dr. Youn is the absolutely the best❤️ thank you for being a reliable source and amazing doctor 😊
I had a surgery I NEEDED to have 23 years ago and I'm still dealing with the effects of it, which are SO much more extensive than I thought or was ever told of.
It's very true that going gym or just doing butt workouts properly, can help ur bum grow. I'm a 5'6" and my hip is 41", waistline 27". I don't go to gym. I do home workouts with heavy lifts. But always always be careful when doing heavy lifts. Ask an expert to help u if ure doing ur home workouts properly😊 always do workouts with precautions.
I am doing it as well but going to the gym and i have nice round butt now. I never had flat one but now it's even bigger 😀

People love your body just the way it is. If someone doesn’t like the way your body ship look like it’s their problem.
Women don’t consider aging when they want PS. It is crazy.
I’m on the skin care regimen of a 40-60 year old woman, and have had several cosmetic surgeries, aging is at the top of my priorities/concerns and it’s something I actively treat. I’ve hardly aged in the last 10 years.
Yep at the end of it all, it all goes south and after death funeral homes have to remove all of that plastic to cremate or embalm you. Waste of time and money. 😑
@@LadyCoyKoi there is no plastic with “plastic surgery” lol. There’s only silicone implants, and that’s it. For example ,you don’t get a plastic nose when you get a nose job 😭😂

I’ve wanted one of these operations for the longest time, thank you for sharing this video because I am really rethinking this
It would be great if we stopped giving women so many beauty standards to live up to. Like all men have is “tall and big... uno” yet we gotta be short, have cute nails and toes, have a tiny waist and a ginormous butt, thick thighs with no cellulite, no stretch marks, little shoulders, bruh I even saw a girl being made fun of for her knees.
@Adam A. women get shamed financially too. In a capitalistic society we are both judged for not having money. If you dont work, whether you are male or female you are judged as being lazy. You trying to equate this to BBL surgery is hilarious lol. And there are other ways to make money than to “turn to a life of crime” ppl often resort to that because of the environment they live in.
@Adam A. yeah I’d be viewed as a lazy gold digger if I just sat at home living off my mans money. You know thats what they call women who do that right 😂 we cant win
@@ye23. women are shamed by men financially rarely if ever. Even if a woman makes as much or more than a man, he is expected to bear the brunt of the financial obligations, or many times he is looked down upon if he makes less. Women who are in the top 5% of earners assume they are entitled to a man making as much if not more, forgetting that with the removal of the outdated convention of women not having the same employment opportunities of men comes the removal of the ability to expect man to fulfill their traditional roles related to those of the woman.
@@ye23. women praise other women who are married to a man who provides financially and urge each other to marry a man who can allow them to never work, or pay large sums of alimony if they divorce
