I seasoned the ribs liberally with Butt Rub and grilled indirect at 300F for 2 1/2 hours. Then dusted with a light coating of Kinders honey hot sauce. Only a little for 30 more minutes. Then I pulled them. They turned out perfect. 3 hour ribs!!
