Egg Masala Half Fry Recipe | Homemade Egg In Just 5 Minutes

►Serves: 2
►Prep Time: 5 minutes
►Cook Time: 10 minutes.
► Ingredients:
✦2 medium eggs
✦1 onion
✦1 tomato
✦2-3 garlic cloves
✦½ ginger
✦1-2 medium-sized green chilli
✦1 tsp red chilli flakes
✦1 tsp salt
✦1 tsp red chilli powder
✦1 tsp turmeric
✦1 tsp coriander powder
✦1 tsp garam masala
✦Coriander leaves to garnish
► Method:
✦Spread 2 tbsp oil
✦Put 2 eggs
✦Sprinkle 1tsp red chilli powder
✦1/2tsp turmeric
✦1tsp coriander powder
✦1tsp garam masala
✦Keep the half fried eggs aside
✦For Gravy, Take 2tbsp oil
✦Add 1tbsp crushed ginger, garlic, and green chilli.
✦Cook for a minute
✦Add 1 onion, 1 tomato
✦Mix well for 5 minutes
✦Add 1tbsp salt
✦1tbsp red chilli powder
✦1tbsp coriander powder
✦1tsp turmeric
✦1tbsp red chilli flakes
✦Mix nicely
✦Add coriander leaves
✦Add half a cup of water
✦Mash a little bit
✦Cook till it forms a thick gravy
✦Pour the gravy on eggs and enjoy
