I remember early 80s when we friends used to have late night parties, and after 2:00 AM we used to go to the station and eat Bhurji, Ghotala (you might want to make this too in some episode) and all other goodies made on Tawa. Chef, you took us into those memory lanes and I still can smeel the aroma of the food being cooked on tawa. YUM!!! Thank you very much, now next time I am in Mumbai I will visit the station. Mate, you took me back to my roots .. I make the bhurji exactly like this prep and the same way the andda rice.. Learnt it watching the Thella wala preparing it.. I add to the bhurji a bit of chat masala in the end as an optional (the lemon does the same trick when served) .. Always believed, andda rice is different from egg fried rice and this validates it :) love the authenticity of your video content .. will go to Cooper Hospital Bhurji wala opposite Amar juice centre if I go to Mumbai next time... Every famous Anda stall in mumbai has a secret ingredient to make it unique. One of the secret ingredient is to add Pav Bhaji masala in Burji 😋
