First rule of thumb: Do not use metal spatula or other metal utensils on a non-stick coating pan. You are killing the pan and yourself.
Other than that, the recipes are fine. Consider using butter as well. Also for Asian style, a little bit of soy sauce can give that smoky aroma.

I like all your recipes but this egg fry 😀 all 4 are same method... these cant be said as 4 different methods, for example: chai ( Tea) koi sugar half spoon , koi 1 spoon , koi 2 spoon dalkar peete hai and this doesn't mean all these are the different methods of making tea.... aisa hi ye egg fry b hai... 4 methods were same kisi me oil zyada kisi me krispy zyada etc...

I like watching your videos, but none of these were perfect eggs. Sides and bottoms were slightly to mostly crispy, and you just didn't had any oil to baste with, for #3.
Take 2 eggs and one onion till its brown and add oil into it and when its brown.take one tomatto into its with small piece when.its stir fry th x add salt and chilli powder into it and add 2 eggs at last now late is ready this all h g pen into utensil steel bowl
