Same case company ne vendor se baat kar ke direct mana kar deya aur claim to already nhi milta tyre ka so khud he Paisa laga ke karna para . Mrf tyre and grand i10 gaadi.

Same thing happened in my case as my i20 apollo tyre 195/55/16 got cut around 50mm length and they refuse to give warranty in such case and asked me to have new tyre without any warranty.Your video is 100% true but what to do about the case.we however have to go with new tyre replacement.

Any Bridgestone car tyres purchased from authorised dealer ,has warranty for any manufacturing defect assessed by the company from the date of purchase upto 3 years only. However from 1st september 2019 onwards which ever tyre purchased through their authorised dealer from the date of purchase an additional unconditional warranty is applicable upto 60% of tread wear, which the tyre is beyond repair, within 3 years period or 60% of tread wear, which ever is earlier will be replaced on pro rata basis on the spot . Before all these, ensure tyre purchase happens only at authorised dealer and the same has to be registered under warranty PAN INDIA at all the authorised dealers. Please remember this additional unconditional warranty is applicable to only B series and S series tyres of Bridgestone car tyres. One can even check with the Bridgestone officials by contacting them thro authorised dealers, wherein they will be confirming the details. However i think this unconditional warranty is allowed in replacement market only, but not O.E fitted tyres.

Ek dum correct info hai. Meri 2 din pehle ki experience hai meri OE tyre pe... But i would definitely suggest Michelin compared to Bridgestone...

@@pareshnmahapatra Yes Michelin as well have more or less similiar warranty by paying extra charges depending on the sizes opted. However due to present import restrictions, they are not available in any sizes in India. I sincerely advise you to go with authorised dealers only irrespective the brand you choose.

You should have insisted on poor build quality which itself is sort of manufacturing defect of tyre due to which the damage has been done so easily. Same happened with my City in the past and I insisted on replacement under warranty. Though I did not get a 100% free replacement, I had to pay only 10% of the price and got a new tyre replaced from the authorised dealer of the tyre brand that comes with the car. Though it always happens on pro rata basis but stressing on them helps reducing the price.

Being the material of rubber composition, prone to cuts and bruises due to none of our fault. Have to be careful especially in rainy season tyres with our vehicle is our own responsibility, which is more prone to have cuts and damages. Avoiding these situations is the only way to reduce these type of damages to tyres irrespective of the brands we use.

एमआरएफ का टायर गलती से भी ना लें बहुत बेकार क्वालिटी है डीलर ठीक नहीं है केवल नाम बिकता है मेरे नए टायर में 4 दिन टायर मैंने चलाया गाड़ी में साइड में कट लग गया कोई रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं कोई भी उसकी सुनवाई नहीं
