RebornOS XFCE 4.16 | A Clean Arch Based Distribution

- RebornOS is an Arch based Linux distribution that have just released a new ISO. It takes a unique approach in how it delivers it's different desktop environments. Instead of having several different ISOs they have just one which contains options for you to setup your desktop of choice. The desktop we are using in this video is XFCE as it also gives me the opportunity to show you some of the new features of XFCE 4.16.

Why does linux in general have funky looking text with blue or purple hues around black text on a white background?
Some people have issues with font rendering but I think what’s happening here is to do with the capture (:

Just downloaded this after installing anbox, it says installed but I can't find it.

I don’t recommend installing more than one desktop in Arch. The updates take waaaay too long. I tried Gnome and KDE, and waiting for updates to finish was a nightmare. So I uninstalled Gnome, and doing so completely borked my system. I ended up doing a fresh install with just one desktop, KDE.
I installed Artix XFCE and added a couple other DE's and noticed when I restarted it booted to XFCE everytime instead of starting the last used. I thought it was odd and not wanting to tinker I reverted to XFCE only.
Otherwise, Artix has been a good experience.
Yup, they all interfere and also double packages like Filemanagers etc. Not good at all, indeed stick to one desktop.
So the big question is, will my crappy Epson printer I bought at Walmart last year work with this distro ? Probably not. Probably won't install right on my 6 years old AMD laptop either.
Just google it, Arch might have the drivers
I have two problems in linux mint 20 xfce
1. When i set brightness it shows
Xrandr : Failed to set output default for gamma
Xrandr : Need crtc to set gamma on
Also , it was working before i updated my system.
2. I think xfce do not have sound settings . My system have no sound
Please help me if you can

Anteregos is discontinued, that's one thing.
Installed Reborn OS XFCE with same apps, customization etc on same hardware as MX Linux.
It is much faster in my case.
MX had some firmware issues, Reborn nothing of that kind.
Also it comes with the latest XFCE, MXLinux not (yet).
Very happy with this Arch install.
The only thing I would like to install, is the image from system (snapshot) software and boot usb maker that comes
in the tools department from MX.
If someone can explain to me how to do this (if possible) , that would be great.
Arch based distros are always faster than Debian based distros because arch doesn't have server stuff. It's purely for desktop.
Timeshift for system snapshots & for boot usb maker as well as pendrive formatter use " mintstick " app ( mintstick is from Linux mint OS but is available in pacman gui in rebornos ) .
Another alternative for iso os burner will be Belena etcher .
You can also use " Gnome disks " , which is yet another alternative to mintstick , for formatting the pendrive & also for burning ISO on pendrive . Simple , easy .
Don't like those thicc title bars. It seems that XFCE is regressing while KDE Plasma keeps improving.

Kupfer is heaps better than Albert, if you haven't tried it, I suggest you check it out.
Why do they mess around with crap. XFCE was configurable almost as much as KDE now they've decided to lockdown the themes. Any app to negate this will eventually be useless. Think I'll move to Mate I'm sadly disappointed with the way XFCE is headed it's just like Gnome soon you'll need a tweak tool just to do anything consider me one of the PISSED ORFFF!!
