I did, I did enjoy watching. Thank you for asking. We have a similar situation going on here in Socal. and with all the crazy weather going on this year I think it's about time to 'take er down'. I had thoughts of doing it myself, but realize now that it's probably best left to the professionals.
Always wondered how trees in these tight situations were taken down. Could you show how the ropes were tied and how the cuts were made to carefully lower the highest part of the trunk safely to the ground?
The tree was cut about 45% of the way through on one side, then on the opposite side at the same level 45%, leaving a small section in the middle that could be easily snapped.
No, I stripped off the lower branches then called the company to take it down. I'm sure they have very good insurance, they've been in business for many years. Thanks for watching!
Was good work till you took down last large section to base, should have been smaller piece ..... Block and tackle was good idea, but watch how close it fell in relation to house. You took a calculated risk that I would not have with thickness and weight of that last section of tree.
Amazing tree removal work!
They were good. Thanks for watching!
Pro's on the job. Nice work,
You gotta have nerves of steel to do this kind of work. Great job they did!
Great job 👏

Very interesting to watch and they did a great job! 👍👍
Great video, I'm sure that the company would also appreciate it on their site to advertise their great tree removal service.
First to comment. Sad to see the tree go but definitely understand the reason. I would too. It looks to be about 35yrs old.
If it was far from the house, I would've kept it. I think it was a little older based on my neighbors. In the 40s - 50.

@@electronicsNmore roger that👍 I've never seen that 'Trunk Muncher' machine used at the end. Highly effective and important last step.
Nice video! Did you keep any pieces of the trunk for firewood? That is if you need it.
Skill, experience, safety. These guys are worth every penny you paid them. The property looks so much better without that tree.
For the size of the tree, their level of skill, and considering how much money others wanted without grinding the stump, it was worth $850.
@@electronicsNmore That is a good price. I had three large ash trees removed and stumps ground. Quotes were around $2700 three years ago.
@@heavy-gauge I had one quote a little bit higher but without the stump grinding, and two other quotes around 2,000
Up north almost every house has tall pine trees near them, and people don’t worry about them falling.
Looks like South Florida.
Can you give a shout out to the tree guy? I'm in Florida and I need more of the same.
I would have used that tree for my CB and FM transmitting
Many people do that. Thanks for watching!

Im pretty sure it just looked that way from camera angle...the tree is actually past the corner of the house.
Damn why'd they take down that 5G tower?
Must be paid by the hour. 😒
