ive been building pc systems for over 20yrs , so the build part i had small interest in , but the benchmarks while gameplaying , EPIC , the system runs as expected , the gameplay... loved it , Frames win Games...
Can you help me out then because when I put my drive into the pc to boot up windows I couldn’t get past the bios and now it’s just a black screen with a white line flashing

One mistake I made when adding the CPU was the black lid didn’t pop off so I got thermal paste all over it on the wrong thing

Joey I was wondering if you can do a pc build around the MSI Radeon RX 6500 XT MECH 2X 4G OC Graphics Card because my budget is like 600 to 500
The build together for me adds up to 1450$, i couldn't find the original gpu but I got one from MSI same 3060 nvidia, it's 710$ but the one Joey showed is 790$ so I went with MSI, I also got a 45$ air cooler or 30$, and I upgraded the storage to 1TB which cost another 45$
Which cooler did you use? and what did you do for wifi?

Any reason why not to go for 11400f since you don't need IG? Great build been looking to do same but with rx 6600xt probably
The F stands for integrated graphics which you don't need because you're using a dedicated graphics card. Since it has integrated graphics, it takes away performance from the cpu side of things therefore making it a slower chip.

why windows 10 and not 11?
Hardest part of installing the cords was the top left power for the motherboard made me sweat hands cramped lol but loving it getting a good 180 FPS at 1080p on warzone thanks for the video Joey keep them coming

Hey I was wondering if the ASUS TUF Gaming B560M-PLUS WiFi LGA1200 motherboard would work with the cpu cause I used 2 different websites and all the components I got says it goes together but I just want to make sure cause the mother board is almost $200 now
recommend 12400f instead
Socket is different and lga1700 motherboards are expensive

ehhhhh it's okay but going with a slower ram a cheaper motherboard and an older overclocked i9 would make it ok also, even with the i9 X series processor the budget could allow a 3070

Great build although I would recommend some cheaper ram kits like crucial ballistics as anything 3200mhz 16G will be good with that CPU and the vengeance won’t give a difference in performance, also the case could be changed for something a little bit less in price if you where going for a tighter budget. If you did this you should also be able to get a 3060ti instead which will give a good performance upgrade over the 3060

Even though it has less VRAM it still out performs the 3060 by a bit

Do you still recommend 3060 for this CPU? I bought my computer without GPU and now I'm thinking about to buy a GPU in it. Few site not recommend RTX3060 for i5-11400 because of the bottleneck is +20%. With GTX1660 the bottleneck is only 5%. For the current games which one you suggest?

found out the problem. i needed a better cpu fan!
saw some people asking about what cooler to get. i got the master coolers liquid cooler v2 with the rbg lights. definitely needed to keep the cpu cooler when running games

Can anyone help me? When I play fortnite on this the cpu is bottlenecking me. My GPU only gets like 2-7% usage and it runs crappy. His gameplay looks super good and I have the same setup. Any ideas?
i made this build and got the windows 10 from my old computer and It didn't activate windows, do I have to buy a whole new product key?
For the GPU, Is the 3060 Gaming OC 12G different than the 3060 Gaming OC (REV 2.0) 12 G?, because you linked a 2.0 but put the price of a regular
Rev 2.0 would be better since its a revision of some tweaks with the normal ones

can someone explain how CPUs work, i see a lot of mid to high-end build have a intel i5 12th gen, but im confused because wouldn't having an I7 2nd gen or somthing like that be better
No, I see why you would be confused because intel has many generations of Processors and with each generation the processors get better than the last generation(In most cases). For example a second generation processor came out in around 2011 where technology was not as advanced as todays 11 and 12th generation processors which are 100 times better, Hopefully that made things clear. Ask me anything if it did not

You have to use an ethernet cable or check if the motherboard has a spot to add a wifi card
