great build for the price Joey, tbh though it would have been great if there was an aio and a case with better airflow, the glass on the front panel on the 4000x is the key factor for temps in this pc.
Not sure why he didn't chose the 4000d version as it's up there with the best airflow cases. Swapping out the Cpu for the 5900x currently saves you about $150 which could be used for an aio.
@vursats Swapping the cpu out for the 5900x gives practically the same results while saving some solid money. If you like the case Joey uses, I'd recommend the 4000d airflow version. You could get away with using the cpu cooler Joey uses, but I'd recommend getting some solid fans at least and a liquid cooler if possible. Lot's of freedom in those areas, I run corsair for both as they all use the same software and look/perform good with the case.
@vursats The liquid cooler I’ve got is the Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix, I got the two fan version mounted to the top of the case. I went ahead and got 6 LL120 RGB fans, they’re certainly not cheap. The cooler comes with two rgb fans that you could just grab 4 more of. @@Itz_OTM No, when I built this computer it went in a lian li case and fans (overkill but that’s what I wanted at the time). I use those recommendations on my current pc.
