Unfortunately, the Assassin's Hood is completely unobtainable as of December 3rd 2021. Unless you mod it onto your character. The original quest you got it from was back in high rank as an event quest called Silent Deadly and Fierce where you fought Odogaron, Deviljho, and Lunastra in the special arena. Then the quest to upgrade it was called The Assassin in master rank where you had to fight a Tempered Nargacuga.
