Nice good investment is how you take charge of your financial security. It allows you to grow your wealth but also generate an additional income stream if needed ahead of retirement

You will only get that if the world massively invests into manufacturing in another country. They win because have slave prices and that in turn fuels America.
If you want fair wages for Americans or where these jobs to go you'll be willing to pay more so that China doesn't win.
FYI SEA also means South East Asia
Shopee is one of the most famous brands here in The Philippines due to their awesome Marketing system 👌

Back in the day, Garena acts as a hosting server for dota1, and right now they got the license to run League of Legends (own by Tencent) and created some mobile games. On the other hand, Shopee is also one of the largest e-commerce in Singapore & Malaysia however the site is mostly flooded by resellers from TaoBao (own by Alibaba).

Very good marketing. Customer care is also key to building trust among customers. I live in Malaysia and Shopee is just a great alternative to physical shopping.. imagine we can buy stuffs as low as 0.02 cent and buy them in bulk 4 dollars and you get free shipping/shipment for 1 dollar.

Shoppee succeeded because they saw potential in south east Asia market. While Amazon, they only focus on Singapore. Not only Amazon those US conglomerate companies ignore the south east Asian market.

Cause when am starting up my business the very simple way I use is 50% for investor 50% for me but I don't like it. Shopee's Ronaldo ad caused me to only buy from the app instead of its direct competitor: Lazada. Their other ads increased my loyalty to them by 150% because a lot of them are really catchy n feature celebrities that people care about, like Ronaldo and Blackpink. I hope after this would be Rafael Nadal or something

In Indonesia, Gen-Y & Gen-Z are leaving Shopee en masse since it's UI is considered annoying & heavy delays with shipments by their own shipping service
There are also reports Shopee modified item prices set by the sellers without notice to them for their monthly "flash sale promos"

well, i have been living in singapore for a long while and i can tell you nobody i know uses or heard of sea money. i am an avid gamer too and garena was known for dota 1 and im sure users has dropped greatly since then. fortunately in SEA market, there isnt much gaming competition hence garena is staying afloat, thankfully too with tencent gaming backing. until the day garena can produce a game comparable to dota, they might as well close garena in due course. i know many friends working in sea and it is not as rosy as it looks and is burning cash. the only saving grace is shopee, which is is doing well and dominating lazada due to strong marketing - better platform, using local celebs to promote etc, the general cultural bias against lazada etc. until the day they can overcome their weak brand and quality of games etc, its just gonna be a bleeding cow.

Yes! It's concerning how that was just walked over as being completely normal. After everything over the past 16 months investing in a Chinese CP backed company seems perfectly normal......what am I missing?
