This is a nice Toll Brother's property. I like the fact that there is a hallway down the middle with two bedrooms which are separated from the master bedroom. The neutral colors make this home feel very cozy. Nice accent wall in the living room and I love the layout in the backyard. Well done, Chakits!

@@XX-166 Actually prices are going up... this house is far away... if you look at summerling/henderson new development is going up ... and inventory is low because of covid so it will go up. Even with the economy as it is, california exodus continues so no lack of demand

I would not want a lot with the back yard facing west. The afternoon sun would make the back yard totally unusable. Love all the building going on in Las Vegas. Last time I was there, a couple years ago, Lake Meade was practically a "mud puddle". Humans ignoring reality still.
The Smith's he's talking about is like Freys in Marana, AZ (Tucson). They both are Kroger. Top line stores. Not all Smiths and Frey's are created equal so that development is lucky to have a nice one.
if one was to get ALL the available upgrades shown in that model, thats adding nearly another $70-80K no joke. thats not even including the backyard that prob cost $100K alone

I grew up in a town/ Air Force Base in Italy 🇮🇹 called Aviano. Smiles. Too bad the unit wasn't 'Italian' styled & designed.
You can change design the interior to the Italian style you are looking for.
They changed the names of the rooms because “master” bedroom originated from slavery

Nice for a starter home, definitely on the smaller side. One thing I hate is how the master bedroom is right off the kitchen, I would want more privacy! Price is about right.

These builders cheapen out on one THE most important things in the investment of a home and that’s the security of the occupants. Cheaper sliding doors and at points of entry only benefit the criminal elements. Profits over protections unless you’re gonna swing one of those upgraded candles and towels at a burglar. Or if you’re not home hopefully they can enjoy your upgraded pendant kitchen lights. Lotta money for small bedrooms.
And there’s little privacy, security risk right there.
