Dratnos, you are correct. K'aresh is the Ethereal homeworld that was destroyed by the void, specifically Dimensius, the first boss of Mana Tomb. Potential M+ dungeon rework? As a Monk enthusiast, I appreciate people who keep asking for better sets, but in earnest I love the monk aesthetic. The August Celestials, the Disc Hats, all the many Orbs, I love it all. These sets are really good for me and I can't wait to get the PVP and Mythic recolors in TWW season 1. PS: Exhumed Centurion's Relics, Husk of the Hypogeal Nemesis and Rites of the Hexflame Coven win the name game this tier.
I think the only redeeming element from the hunter’s set is the trap on the belt; that is really cool. I know some people like the jungle style armor with tusks and skull so I guess is a win; but, I think most people including me want a hunter set that is more ranger oriented. Imagine playing dark ranger looking like you’ve been living in cave the last few years.
the monk sets have some really interesting colors. overall they kinda cooked with these S1 TWW sets. I hope its fun to play S1 cause i'd like to collect these

Hypogeal just means underground/subterranean. Common usage associates it with fungi, but that’s not required. So the DH set is basically a scary thing underground.
I hope they add a glyph of the stars type thing for evoker to where it only popped into dragon form to cast dragon themed abilities like flame breath or deep breath then just stayed in human form for the rest of combat, id play the fuck out of evoker if that was the case.
In regards to the shaman set, its gotta be challenging to make "water" look cool. Water can be menacing when it's moving. If they could convey rapidly flowing water in a tier set, i think that would hit the mark. The druid tier is giving me Kraven the Hunter vibes which I like. For priest tier it might be time to do something different than winged shoulders at this point.
As a mage, I always want to complain about how our tier pieces look like garbage... but we're listerally main characters so often it's hard to complain about anything these days lol.

They seem to be taken a new approach with tier set designs that allude to the overall story in Season 1, rather than just make tier sets like Vault where it seems to only come from the raid. E.g. 'Sparks of Violet Rebirth' is alluding to Mage's connection to the story of Dalaran in the opening act. Love this new lore approach.
Hunter set should be what druid gets it would fit perfectly on a hunter. The hunter set is also just a recolour of the blood troll set with a few added items

I can confirm as a Monk that I'll never wear this set aside from checking it once in game and say "it does look extremely goofy, dated and ugly". The last set I wore not ironically was sepulcher .... so yeah. Great, 4 raid tiers in a row with very wtf sets that are unwearable.
Why no animation on the LFR warlock set? It’s already a much worse colour and without the animation its not a patch on the others which are really great.
I feel like there’s some very strong singular pieces in a lot of these sets even when the full set isn’t particularly compelling. Edit: shamans are a joke class and you can’t convince me otherwise. Priest and rogue are incredible. The warlock arms are cool but the rest of the mog looks like he’s about to start belly dancing
Your takes are so opposite my own it feels very strange lol. But taste is subjective so its bound to happen lol. For me Paladin is by far the worst and just looks bad with the shoulders, and the Monk set is insanely cool.
I'm constantly disappointed by the monk transmogs. There's always too much going on. Also, the new LFR monk transmog looks like Will Ferrell's costume in Elf.
The dk...looks like poor quality to me some of these have much higher quality graphics than others and dk is not one of them...something made years ago to me as a dk player
Paladin set genuinely looks like the only well put together set. I miss TBC/Wotlk tier sets where they actually look like they've had some effort put in. Each to their own i guess.
I agree that paladin is much better than the community gives it credit for but the idea that the evoker, lock, or priest sets don't look good is absolutely baffling to me.
@@WordslingerWillard The Warlock hands coming from the shoulders is a pretty nice effect. Other than that i really don't feel too much originality. The variance between the sets is next to none. Again, when compared back to TBC/Wotlk these aren't even reaching a mediocre level. This is just my opinion however, as stated before, each to their own.

IIRC they're allowing evokers to be in combat while in human visage form, which is awesome with their sets!
Unfortunately that bit was out of context and only applies ton non-Evoker Dracthyr, once they are added.

The Paladin and Priest ones are the only one who are ok. Also druid is okayish. But god damnit. WoW had so much better sets back in the day
