Jessica - wanted to thank you so much for your videos! I followed along nearly my whole pregnancy, especially with this video. I felt prepared for a tough but manageable vaginal delivery. Unfortunately, after pushing for 4 hours, it was clear my little guy couldn't make it out, and so they moved us into an emergency c-section. I sincerely credit your yoga videos for helping prepare my body and keep me in shape - I don't think I could have pushed for so long, or recovered so well from the c-section, without them. The staff were amazed at how quickly I was back moving around! Enormous thank you -- I'm following along with your postpartum vids now, but this one was especially helpful for me so wanted to leave a note :-).

Hi Jessica this was the last yoga exercise I did at 39w 5d. I went into labour the following morning and successfully delivered a baby girl. Thank you so much for your pregnancy exercises and yoga. During my 4th month of the pregnancy I was looking to start doing exercises at home. I searched on TH-cam pregnancy exercises and your channel was the first that came up. I loved that first exercises and I kept coming for more. Since then I've been following your channel and doing the exercises diligently, I've never enjoyed in my life working out. I switched fully to yoga during third trimester. Your exercises helped me during my labour, I had an easy labour, dilated faster and the delivery was smooth, this was all in 6 hours. I've done your first postnal yoga and pilates fussion and I'm planning to continue. I'm from Kenya and I've recommended your channel to all my friends. Thank you so much for making my pregnancy journey smooth.
I feel a little bit achy and tired after this work out, I found it nice but too fast and challenging for third trimester, I really hope I am doing the right thing following this video,
Thank you so much for all the tips. Especially breathing during the second phase. Yes, my midwife has taught me that I should breathe in, keep the air for 10s and then breathe out. And it was so hard to exercise as I naturally breathe out without keeping air for 10s. And thanks to you I know that this isn't something bad ❤️😊 I'm 31 weeks already with my first baby and start to get stressed 😆
Thank you so much for making these videos, truly they are magical for speeding up labour and ease the process. Yesterday i have vbac with Foley bulb induction and after 4 cm dilation it took 4 hrs for total delivery process ❤. You are doing wonderful job 👏 😀
I've tried it yesterday for fun, 26 weeks now, and since i've been working a 9-5 office job and skipping exersises it got me on my knees literally by the end of the workout. Feeling motivated to get back in shape before the day has come. Thanks for sharing!

Congratulations on your baby :)
Heading to the hospital tonight~ So thankful that I was able to do these workouts throughout my pregnancy!

Love all of your videos, am at 38 weeks currently and have been following on and off since early in the first trimester.
Would LOVE a video with stretching/exercises that either help with heartburn or just avoids positions that make it worse.
Cheers!

As a yoga teacher, I love these workouts and the tips throughout regarding breathing and positioning. I just wish there was no music as I like to play my own. Amazing leg lifts, thank you!

Hi Jesica,
From India...First of all, a big thanks to you.. I started these exercises from my 20th week and did them regularly till the 9th month.. this helped me for sure with pelvic strength and helped me have a normal delivery in November without epidural.
I did have a lot of pain during labour and that helped me understand when to push when it was time.
I also followed few other videos of yours to relieve back pain .. can't thank you enough ❤❤❤❤
I’m 31 weeks and all these comments making me feel like I’m late to start 😭.. but ik it’s never too late to start something… i hope i also have a natural short labour phase like others here.. wish me luck
I have been doing these exercises since 25 weeks for my second pregnancy. First was induced & then led to c-section. Hoping this time my body starts labor naturally and I deliver baby naturally❤

Hello Jessica sis, Thank very much sister. I am also 5months pregnant. Helpfull video. May Allah bless u.
From Bangladesh.
I love this video! So helpful and I feel stretched. The part about breathing is very useful.
This becomes my daily practice:) my first birth and grateful if more labor skills can me shared
Me too
Agree with Sara below- am 35 + 4 days and have done this two days in a row now to prep me for birth no 2 - you’re a great teacher, Jess, thank you!!
I'm a 24 year old man, and this has helped me so much...
I did this workout yesterday and it helped me sleeping I had no pain waking up! I feel so confident about the delivery!

Congratulations and your baby and positive birth! You are amazing!💗
Thank you so much for making these videos, truly they are magical for speeding up labour and ease the process. Yesterday i have vbac with Foley bulb induction and after 4 cm dilation it took 4 hrs for total delivery process ❤. You are doing wonderful job 👏 😀

I am glad I didn't give up mid-way. Really informative and empowering. Thank you so much.
So happy you found it helpful! Thank you 💞
I've tried it yesterday for fun, 26 weeks now, and since i've been working a 9-5 office job and skipping exersises it got me on my knees literally by the end of the workout. Feeling motivated to get back in shape before the day has come. Thanks for sharing!
This worked for me so well. I gave birth so easily at week 38

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been doing hypnobirthing to prepare but the way you talk about/ demo breathing during contractions is so helpful and makes me feel confident I can do this. Your presence is so reassuring.
Loved this! I felt quite a bit of pressure in my lower belly during the lunge on the mat (I'm blanking right now if it's actually a lunge lol), but I've been having a lot of round ligament pain lately so I'm assuming that's what I feel?
Also, please continue with the full body workouts but also a video focused on glutes during pregnancy would be great, too! :)
Thanks for these videos!
I felt that too!
Loved this routine! I'm 24 weeks and starting your videos 🤰
Hi Jesica, I am from India, I was also diagnosed with obstetric cholestatis and delivered normally in 37th week.I would like to thank you a lot for all the yoga exercises and helping expecting mothers globally.
