This person will translate them in Notary then will send to the authorities. 2. If you have German approbation, you can work anywhere in the EU even if yo come from a non EU country.. with approbation, your non EU degree is now considered equal- because you have passed the "Equivalisation" exam

You'll need Tesdaf B2. It's harder than C1. Goethe B2 or similar won't cut the ice.
