Well said man but not take offense. I think it is better to be a tourist in Europe but to live in the US. US is an immigration country so you will be easily embraced by the community. Your childs are not going to be foreigner as it is in Europe but They will be inner part of community and the country in the US. If you want to travel you can travel by being hospitalist in the US, and in your 30-40 you can make great money, have balance in your life as a specialist and can provide extensive education opportunities to your family. I guess there is only two advantage of germanys First it is easy Second flights take less to home country and cheaper These advantages are attractive and convenient in the process of moving. But afterwards if you manage no doubt an idealist doctor would find more fulfillment in the US, not event talk about lab/ different career opportunities in the US. Europe is nice for travel but US people are way more friendly. Unfortunately Europe still has the middle time view on racism and conservatism. In US you will be living 100-150 years advance from your home country if you are from third world country like me.

Thanks for the video. From where do you have the numbers for this? Are you a doctor yourself in Switzerland? Being a doctor in Switzerland myself it doesn't seem to be close to reality. Granted, in private praxis a very few doctors who have their own clinic earn a lot, but for most doctors this doesn't seem to be very realistic. An experienced gp earns about 160-200k per Year. As far as I am aware, the hospitals in Switzerland really does not give out these salaries what you presented. And starting your own clinic is extremely competitive and for most people not possible. Being employed in a practice gives you somewhat more than in a hospital, but not 300-500k .

Sir,, I see in Google that a 2 nd year neurosurgeon resident is paid 90 CHF -100 CHF per hour and if he works at night then his per hour payment is increased by 100% and if he works in holidays, then his per hour payment is increased by 120% ,,, according to Google Gemini,,,most of residents in Switzerland works only 50 hour- 60 hour per week,, they may easily earn 50k CHF- 70k CHF per month ,,, sir, is it true please explain!!????
