    Well, now I'm really looking forward to when the motor finally gives up on my 86' NA 944! Keep up the good work guys!

      @@BoostBrothersGarage haha well, it's got about 200k on it right now and the valve cover gasket needs replacing as well as the leaking power steering reservoir and hoses. So, I could do all of that work or...start piecing together the swap kit and see how long she lasts

      Good plan! Once you have to pull that engine there is literally ZERO reason to put it back in.

    Wow, I said it before and I'll say it again. Thank you so much for making all this possible, incredible work guys! This video will be extremely helpful when swap time comes.

    I love watching you build this and overcome all the kinks it throws at you, very great job.

    I wana see this thing do a gnarly burn out when it’s done. It’s slowly becoming a beast

    So this could
    run an 07K in a B5 right?

    E-throttle>? Can you include that in the followup vid. Curious to know how one would wire the pedal/TB

    • @BoostBrothersGarage
      @BoostBrothersGarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not sure if we will make a video of that but I’d be happy to discuss offline if you shoot us an email. Typically it would require swapping to a throttle pedal that has it built in from the factory.

  • @codybruner
    @codybruner 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    So those throttle body connectors on the harnes go to the vr6 throttle body you used and NOT the oem 07k throttle body, right?

    • @BoostBrothersGarage
      @BoostBrothersGarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s correct!

      @@BoostBrothersGarage awesome! Thank you! I’m swaping an 07k into a 77 Datsun 280z, I’ll be contacting you via email in the next couple of months about some of your other parts for the 07k and maybe parter up on some manufacturing. Thank you for the info

    Still sold out? Any word on when it will be available? I know you don't build the harness, is this made to order?

    If you could get 450 hp 370 ish torque on the right wheels and spring settings I bet this car makes great times across the board.

    • @BoostBrothersGarage

      Agreed! It’s been on track before and has the suspension pretty well sorted. We’ll be back on track in a few weeks and will know how she does!

    Question from a noob: I'm looking to build a 383 stroker w/EFI. I'm not completely sold on and specific EFI kit - I might build my own. But will this ECU be good for a SBC w/EFI?

    Would this work with an Mk1 Audi TT Quattro 1.8t or 3.2? Manual or DSG?
