Easy Ford F150 2006 5.4 VCT solenoid replace

Replacing both vct solenoids on my 2006 Ford F150 took less than a half an hour! If you are lucky and have a 2004, 2005 or 2006 5.4 engine these come out real easy and go in real easy also. Watch all of the videos out there, before you replace your VCT solenoid.
