The question mark is a secret, that's why the game doesn't tell you about it :) There's already info about it if you search on the web ;) ;) ... each stage (except stage 8) have 3 secret question marks which are given by doing certain things (one of them on every level is about scoring well on the level up until a certain point). Get all 3 on a level, you unlock Hyper Mode for that boss. If you manage to kill the boss on hyper mode without dying, you get a hefty bonus at the end of the level :) And I'm really glad you liked our game :D

Apparently if u uncover all the secrets in a stage then u r granted a hyper mode to fight the end of level boss and also get an extra life at the beginning of the next stage.Found this info on YT cause I've no idea about them either!BTW great review of a great game.The year is ending well- this , hazelnut hex, mecha rondo 2.0 next week, Gunvein and Akai Katana soon as well.Expensive times!
Great game, absolutely packed with content and the cadet mode is a highlight for me, packing in loads of fun in tiny bursts which fit perfectly around a busy schedule! I'm also confused about the ? pickups! Fingers crossed someone can enlighten us...
Looks really fun. Does anyone know how it plays with an arcade stick and are the controls customisable. It looks like there are a lot of inputs from teleport, bombs and various speed buttons.
It has TATE mode, both FlipGrip and inverse. There are also zoom and offset settings, which is great. The only thing that is missing in TATE mode are backgrounds, if you care for those.
It took us 22 months to make it. I wish we could make games in 5 minutes. Some people have played it for well over 100 hours, and there are a couple of videos on youtube about people giving a lot of love for the game.

A fun shmup. Difficult even on the “child” difficulty. Still enjoying getting further each play through.

You should start by saying if the game has a TATE MODE because this is the only thing that matter.
TATE MODE = Buy
