Great design , hey just a tip , if you try and adjust the nozzle position and angle as the device is burning you can find the sweet spot that makes the device burn the hottest .

Your ideas are very inspiring for me.
I have advice for you friend that you may already know but these things helped me get more energy out of my nozzles . if you use a bigger hose for the oil and make all the oil passages as big as possible until it gets to the nozzle the device will crank out far more energy . also if you raise you roil can to a higher lever that will also increase the power .
I use a small nozzle hole because it adjusts the strength of my compressor which works not too optimally.
Because if the nozzle is too big, oil blasting is not optimal, because of the less pressure from my compressor. The air pressure from the compressor is lacking, indicating the speed of air flow at the end of the nozzle is not fast enough.
This looks a lot like another guys preheated burner that I know

Yes, this is the same as Nobox design, I only added a few modifications, namely the circulation of hot air so that the fuel combustion is more maximal.

Kenapa konten edukatif seperti ini malah ndak banyak view dan like nya ya? Padahal bisa diaplikasikan ke banyak bidang, seperti heater untuk boiler, pemanas kandang dll.
Mas usul, selongsong luar dilapis dengan bahan insulator seperti refractory cement atau ceramic fibre. Agar panas di ruang pembakaran tidak banyak yang hilang. Dan saya baca² pipa galvanis tidak aman bila dipanaskan atau dibakar.
Tetap berkarya ya bung!
Mungkin karena banyak yang kurang tau/minat tentang konten dalam hal ini memanfaatkan oli bekas sebagai bahan bakar alternatif, beda dengan konten2 hiburan lebih banyak yang cari/minati.
Iya mas sempat juga kepikiran untuk melindungi seperti yang mas sebutkan, waktu yang kadang tidak kebagian, atau keburu penasaran mencoba hal-hal yang lain.

Kalau saya melihat malah pemanfaatan minyak jelantah mas. Aditifnya tidak sebanyak oli bekas.

Bang, klo burner gini pake kompresor listrik lakoni imola 3/4pk yg oli apa bisa run 4 jam tnp harus tunggu tangki full. Kan tangki cm 8 ltr sj
Bisa mas, tapi ya tergantung nozzle nya juga. Saya punya kompresor malah cuma pakai motor listrik/dinamo bekas mesin cuci (kompresor handmade). Saat kran udara buka full tekanan udara di kompresor hanya bertahan di angka skitar 10 psi (artinya pengisian ke tabung agak tekor/tidak seimbang dengan pengeluaran), dan burner masih bisa menyala dengan baik.
Yang penting masih mampu mengabutkan oli, agar oli lancar, tempatkan wadah oli lebih tinggi dari burner.
Bisa minta wa bang klo boleh nanya2. Burner sy bermasalah soalnya. Mungkin model saluran apinya kurang mantap
